Came here on a recommendation from a friend of my wife. What a cute little place in downtown Bangor that we had never been to. A beautiful day with warm gentle breezes blowing so we had lunch outside. Cocktails were absolutely amazing a red lady and a Mayan iced coffee. I went with the Reuben sandwich which was delicious and my wife had a delicious piece of fish.We really liked this place and will come back.

Stopped in twice while in Bangor. 1st time we had mussels(FISHY), nachos (for the table) and calamari. The nachos and calamari were AWESOME!! Sampled three different beers and ended up having the Sunfish, which was great. Stopped in on Sunday, and they had a bloody mary bar. Shrimp, veggies, cheese,,,, ordered the calamari again!!! Sat outside, beautiful afternoon on the deck!

We got the 2 lb. Boneless wings, which were $28.99. They were good. Their dinner rolls are big and delicious at 50 cents each. The cheeseburgers are a good size, served with pub fries. My daughter loves it here with her friends when she's in Maine, and decided to take me and my husband.

On a Sunday arrived after the church crowd was just leaving. Staff still smiling and place was clean. Menu full of choices but hard to find a low calorie meal. Salads overloaded with higher calorie items, meat dishes garlic/onion/spicy. Waiter pleasant and helpful, quick to get meal out, right amount of attention. Somewhat noisy with tvs blaring sports games.

Definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in town. The menu has the standard classics--burgers with a mix of entres--but prepared and presented to perfection. Clearly a cooking staff that knows and loves their craft.

Normally I enjoy the food at Texas Roadhouse. They have good mashed potatoes and steak tips. They tend to cook my steak well. The cinnamon butter rolls are good and they donât mind when I have special requests like no gravy. I am not a fan of the peanut shells on the floor but hey if thatâs what they like to do Iâm not going to be picky. However, I do recommend to them and to any restaurant to ask your staff not to wear perfume, cologne, or other scents. The waitress who delivered our salads smelled so strong the first bites of salad tasted like perfume. This is not what you want you customers to taste when they are dining out. Aside from the many people with scent allergies, myself included, the people with me who are not bothered by scents held off on eating also to give the smell time to dissipate. Caesar salad is not good with a cloud of perfume.

The hostess was kind of lukewarm but our waiter superb. He was very friendly, not overly attentive, and chatted about the concert we were headed to. I took a chance on the strawberry salad with goat cheese but the fruits were. It flavorful. The chicken tenders were tasty but the mashed potatoes were kind of instant like. My companions enjoyed their Caesar salads and entrees. I think I will try something different next time and give it another shot. Service outranked the food this time.

Great burger, but was totally turned off by other diners feeding their dogs out of china plates that my waitress was handlingHello and I am so glad you enjoyed your burger. We are dog friendly on our patio and provide separate metal dog bowls for water and food for the pups. We provide many hand washing and sanitizer stations for our team members and training for Servsafe acceptable food handling. As the case with all of the flatware and plates we provide for our guests, we can not always know or condone what they may choose to do with a particular item, but what we do control is how we clean our used plates and cutlery, which is with an industrial dish washer with industrial detergent that heat sanitizes at +180 degrees. To put it in perspective, our dishes are cleaner and better sanitized than the dishes that people dine with at their own kitchen tables most nights. Cheers!

We do it all for you. It is about your experience. With the freshest ingredients, prepared with care and intention of excellence and served with knowledge happy people. For you by us
My friends took me here on a Friday evening and warned me that there might a wait for table. We were happy to be seated right away at a cozy table in the back. You could feel a warm energy on a cold winter night. We made selections from the beer and wine menus. We all ordered different items. There was one for salmon, one for Mediterranean pasta and one Dirty Hippy pizza. All entrees were loaded with flavor and of ample size. I would say 11 Central is up near the top of the A list in Bangor dining circles.

Spent two nights here- going to and coming back from Boston. Ate in the Timber kitchen both times and loved both meals! I had the chicken pasta dish and it was better than anything I have had in a long time- it was so good I had it the second night. Service was great, prompt and friendly. The restaurant itself is really nicely done with the different areas and types of seating. We had 2 great servers that worked as a tag team- Dayna and Ian. Well done on every level. Wished we lived closer as it could be a regular haunt for us. The bread they give the table -both the sourdough and cranberry were out of this world delicious..
