All rooms recently renovated. Most of the rooms are overlooking the creek, Indoor pool. Children's playground. Best location for skiing and being centrally located to all of the areas attractions. Try one of our wonderful creekside rooms with your own private screened porch. Gazebo, Picnic area, Trout stream. Family owned since 1995.
I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the Jonathan Creek Inn and Villas was. My room was very comfortable, and it was very relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to the creek below. While they don't offer breakfast, they are directly across the street from the well-known Joey's Pancake House. This is a great option if you're staying in Maggie Valley!

We have hammocks and decks for relaxing to the sights and sounds of the creek. There is a fire pit for night time gatherings and marshmallows. The creek house is the perfect place to have a family meal, w/ BBQ grills and picnic tables for plenty of seating. The wrap around deck with rockers and glider is sure to be a favorite spot for reading, relaxing and socializing. We welcome large and small groups to utilize the community kitchen to better enjoy your stay. Rooms are available with single Kings or double full size beds. We are pet friendly, with two rooms set aside for your furry family members to join you
Our family was in an emergency situation when our scheduled rental was double booked nearby. With 4 crying kids and melting ice cream and a weeks worth of groceries in the car the Lynn and Regina immediately took us in, made us feel right at home, and within minutes my children were delightedly playing in the creek and our groceries were saved. The atmosphere takes you back in time to simpler days with friendly folk. It’s quaint and idyllic location are lovely but the true icing on the cake is the hospitality that will greet you the moment you step foot on the property. Maggie Valley is a delightful little town to visit as well. Lynn and Regina take complete delight in making your stay as comfortable as possible- don’t miss this hidden time capsule that will help all the craziness of America fade for a few days.

Family operated. We have the only kiddie slide in M.V. at our seasonal heated pool. Close to attractions Cataloochee Ski lodge, restaurants, next to Fantasy Golf. We are Biker friendly. Mini-fridge, Microwave, Coffee pot and hair drier in all rooms.
Room was just ok. Bed comfortable. Cost for pet based on weight. My dog caused NO extra cleaning or any other problem. $20 for 40 lb labradoodle. Room was clean but towels were dingy. The glassed-in area just outside my room was piled to the ceiling with chairs and other stuff. Front desk not friendly at check-in. Sink area could use some remodel.

A Holiday Motel is located in heart of Maggie Valley, NC. Our motel has a fun Western Theme and it is run by our family. You can splash in our pool, play horseshoes or just relax in our rocking chairs. We are open all year and have a restaurant on-site serving breakfast and lunch. Our rooms are clean and comfortable and our service is friendly and always with a smile. Our motel is very motorcycle friendly.
It is an old motel. When I walked in smelt musky. It says pillowtop mattress, at least the room we had didn't. The were like foam, hard for my liking. The pillows awful to my liking. The bathroom was always freezing, no heater in there. The light that came through bathroom was awful at night. We kept door shut. The back window had tons of light coming in too. The front porch light was awful to at night. The front light does shut off at 1230. If you like dark rooms to sleep go elsewhere. I like dark room. The guy working there was nice. I will never stay here again.

Uncomfortable, noisy, not very clean but I was too tired to be bothered. Wifi did not work, room had a musty odor. Awful! Travelowes in Maggie is much better than this place. Bed was uncomfortable too

I realize that my review is the first negative one for this place. Of course, its also only the 3rd review, so those other 2 must have not had the same room I got. My wife and I usually book a night in Maggie Valley in December, and we booked this place based on its rate. That was a mistake. The outside looks decent enough. Older, but there is a newer section to the left of the older section. When we arrived, we were informed that our room would be $15.00 extra for brining our Yorkie, which doesn't shed, doesn't watch TV, doesn't shower, and leaves no impact on the room whatsoever. Plus, the room we got (Room #3) was not worth the original rate, let alone the extra $15.00. In total, our room was approximately $84.00, which was FAR too much for what we got. I simply do not understand how the management and housekeeping, does not take any more pride in their property than they do. The inside of the room has a floor that is in terrible shape (attached pictures), the noisiest refrigerator on the planet (it gurgled and sounded like someone urinating the entire night), and a mattress that needed replacing long ago (squeaks every time you move). Also, the floor literally sinks in several places when you walk across it. In addition to that, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was missing. Good news, however...I found it! It was in the cabinet underneath the sink. Seriously, how long does it take to put the toilet paper holder back on the wall? 5 minutes, maybe? The next morning when I stepped outside, I found a deposited mask on the ground in front of our room (not ours, because we didn't wear a mask at the room), and someone had left their hat on the bench right next to our door. How does a hat get missed? My advice is to skip this place, as there are far better options in Maggie Valley. And if you do decide to stay here, make sure you don't get Room #3. If you do get assigned #3, get in your car immediately, and this would be a great time to see how long your car takes to go from 0-60.
