Owner operated--they were really good before, but now they have a new chef and it's awesome! It's your best value for the price, the cleanest place to eat, food done right by people who enjoy food preptry the meat and noodles, or the saltados, or the smoked meats, its all good! and you can eat the salad!Thank you so much for the opinion and sorry for the delay in responding, we appreciate you remembering us for the cleanliness and good attention, we really enjoy serving every dish we make for you.
