Reached SS at around 4pm...the guy was making hot kachoris and the queue was crazy. Stuff was getting sold out even as he ladled the stuff out. Kachoris were good - but the gajar halwa was outstanding...highly recommended to lovers of street food ( not a five star place, please - moderate your expectations on that count)!

Convenient location and spacious premises at city centre (Millennium Plaza) and opposite Scindia Girls School are ideal for family and friends gathering. The veg food and snacks, south indian food are truly tasteful. The Confectionary./ Bakery items are outstanding in quality at Gwalior. Prices are very reasonable. Advisable for group visits in day time and family visit in evening. It would be better if table reservation is also started to avoid waiting in evening hours.

Silver Salon, the Restaurant at the Usha Kiran is a Lovely little place, At breakfast time and at dinner, you have live music which you can enjoy with your meals. While we had the buffet breakfast during our stay, which was reasonable, the dish to try is the Lamb Barbat, which is part of the Nepali and Maratha cuisine. It is a little spicy, so if you want something less spicy, then go in for the chicken dish from the same category. The idea is to try and eat local cuisine , and this hotel specialises in an amalgamation of Nepali and Maratha cuisine. They have seating in an outside courtyard, where generally tea- coffee is served, but I guess you can sit outside for a meal too, if the weather permits.

ICH is famous for its variety of Dosa, Biryani and Hot beverages. But when it comes to their other dishes it has been disappointing and its just a hype from a long time. Being from Kerala, it's indeed upsetting that the food quality has by far gone for a toss. Except the staff being nice, there is nothing else left good about this place. Yesterday, we took a parcel of Butter Chicken (Full), found a glass piece, which was in my mouth as I didn't notice while eating, thank God it didn't hurt me. Such a poor quality of chicken, full of oil and doesn't even kicks off to even 1% of the taste and texture of butter chicken. Quality has deteriorated, prices increases and quality diminishes in accordance to the price change. I've picture of the glass I found. Due to the hype of the restaurant, there have been no response of complaints which is highly disappointing from the management. Have to re-think multiple times before recommending this place to anybody. Need a resolution to this. Thanks!

We stayed here with kids and grandparents for two days. The facility is in great condition - rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The pool area on terrace was clean and stocked with towels and chairs. Our kids really enjoyed swimming in the sun. The breakfast buffet was elaborate and of great quality too. Severs (Ms. Neetu) were polite and attentive.Highly recommended if you are in Gwalior!Dear Guest,Thank you for your review on Trip Advisor.
