Between Macedonia and Canton, this was by far the best meal we had. Yes it was breakfast but it was excellent. Parking is somewhat limited, seems to be a local favorite. It was busy but worth the wait. Check it out for a great breakfast.

This is the typical family-owned, come by after the game or a date type place. The kind you grew up with. They employee local kids with great attitudes. Thank God it's custard (and not icecream!), my heart would have stopped years ago & I don't feel so guilty bying a 1/2 gal. at a time!!!!

I took the family for our annual Christmas Eve dinner. In past years, the results have been uneven. The first few years our meals were outstanding. Past winners were lobster and definitely the bacon crusted pork chop.
Unfortunately, neither were on the menu the last two years. Last year, my prime rib was cold. I should have sent it back, but I was part of a large party and did not want to hold everyone up. Later, I found out that others prime rib was cold too.
This year, the food was good. I wouldn't call it great though. The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is nice. The menu seems to have dropped some great items and there didn't seem to be as many specials offered.
We will go again, but I hope the quality and menu goes back to what we experienced a few years ago.

Friends and I went here for a light dinner and drinks before a show at the Hard Rock Casino. We were all very pleased with our selections: confit wings, crab cakes, and prime rib shepherd's pie. The portions were very good for a light dinner and quite filling. There was a good selection of wines and craft beers. The service was good, a little bit slow, but nothing that would put us off returning. The menu was on the pricier side but it is a more upscale selection. Would definitely return if I found myself in the area again.

Monday night I attended a club meeting where dinner was served and I was very happy for the wonderful meal at Reinecker's Bakery. The food was uniquely tasty and the bakery for dessert was so good I asked for more. There were a few speakers and backround music and I can't remember having a better time while eating. This is a gem of a place. Try it yourself soon.

Sometimes I dread wedding meals, because the food is often awful, but we went to a wedding reception at The Winking Lizard, and *everything* was delicious. I plan to try to recreate the bruschetta chicken at home, and I ate the prime rib even though I don't eat beef just because it looked good... and it was!

MUST BE 21! Hopefully my review will save another family from going out of their way to eat at the HRC like we do in every city we visit. I called ahead and was told there was no wait for a family of 5. Hostess didn't ask if everyone in our party was 21. It is on the website but it's easy to miss on your phone. Website isn't clear on the face that the cafe is IN the casino! Upon arrival with our kids we were stopped at the casino door. Since you must pass through the casino to reach the restaurant, it's 21 and older only. The security guard was very helpful though in helping us find somewhere else to eat nearby.

I had to take my car to Akron but stopped in here for breakfast. I did NOT take any pictures, which is unusual, but it's a Bob Evans... pretty much common knowledge for all!!! The service was OK but my waitress was delinquent in getting me my first coffee. I needed it quick to wake up but she seemed oblivious to this fact.... otherwise, she was OK!!! Good breakfast food, with eggs, french toast, hash browns and sausage!!!!!! Always good!!!!

We came for a late lunch on a Wednesday. Service was good- food was OK. Waitress did not explain to my husband that the stuffed pepper was a Cubanella pepper- hotter than he wanted as he as expecting a green pepper that they had run out of for lunch. My vegetable primavera was a standard sauce like I could buy in a Grocery store.

After waiting 20 minutes for service, we ordered. No kidding, eight minutes later our food showed up. That was my first indication that the food wasn't going to be quality since it arrived so fast. The food tasted processed. In fact, my son and I ordered two separate meals, and honestly, they looked the same. Save your money and go elsewhere.
