GASOVA LAMPA is very famous restaurant not far away from Lviv Opera and Rynok Square. First itâs very interesting place because they made special and perfect interior. And a food is very tasty there. If you will read a menu, you will smile, because names of dishes are so funny I can advice to try GREEN BORSHCH, I liked it sooo much!

Restaurant-brewery Kumpel is the first restaurant-brewery in Lviv where beer flows like water around the clock.
First of all, the beer is really good ! You can find "classical" German style lager as well as more sophisticated ales. The total number of taps is not very impressive, 5-7, but they have also a Kumperl beer bottle selection. I tried porter, it was really good. The food is also very good there, you can have broad selection of beer snacks, including very local ones, as well as hearty main dishes, Austrian, Hungarian and local. The interior is decorated in classical Austrian style with brawn wooden panels on the walls. The prices are a bit higher than in average in Lviv.Highly recommended !

Friendly atmosphere, welcoming staff, food created with passion and skill of top cooks will make your day warmer and happier. Additionally, the interier design will envelope you with a good old luxury and exclusiveness. "Black Cat" is a first real English
Great atmosphere. The theme of the decor is obviously the black cat, shown in numerous photos and paintings on the walls. The menu is large with much variety. Both Ukrainian dishes and also Italian, French and more are on the menu. We had soup as starters, which were at the boiling point when served. The main dishes were delicious, but portion sizes were much too big for one person. In the menu card a few dishes were for two persons, but in general our orders were all more suitable to share between two persons.

Overall, we enjoyed our visit. Good coffee and tea, confectioneries are tasty too. I am afraid I won't be able to come here for anything different than bakery because of prices. Just speaking of myself :)It was also hard to make a choice because there are lots of items on the menu. You spend time choosing the right one but after all it turns out that they're either out of it or it's of a seasonal selection. Maybe they need to come up with seasonal menus then? :)

The place is stylish (something like late years of the 19th century) and it fully corresponds to its location, as it is almost in the middle of Lviv's Old Town. You can find variety of good dishes here - some of them are quite sophisticated and always properly served, however neither of them are big (sorry!) and you should be aware it is not a place for cheap dinner.

This story began long time ago. A sad event happened in 1826 when the old Lviv City Hall collapsed. The only permanent residents of the City Hall were the trumpet player and his family. The ruins buried two soldiers, five workers and the trumpet player. S
This cafe not far from Armenian church serves an impressive fish burger and mushroom cream soup at a very reasonable price. Its burger is tasty and tender with charcoaled bread for a great combination. Inside every table will have a candle lighting which makes the place so romantic. Lively and lovely.

Beer Theatre "Pravda" is a place where the best world brewers are crafting unique brand of beers, bringing to Lviv their technology and skills. A unique Lviv beer brand is starting history. Our mission is to give people an opportunity to drink real "true"
Set in the heart of the old town if you enjoy beer this is a must visit. Itâs essentially a pub / bar across 4 floors. Lots of beers to choose from and a souvenir area on the ground floor. Itâs popular especially during meal times when itâs full. I liked the first floor as there is a live jazz band at certain times there. I ate there twice. Had chicken once which was disappointing and quite dry. Steak second time which was better although the corn it came with was also dry. Itâs a nice place to eat because of the atmosphere, but donât expect too much from the food. I always found the service good. Thank you for the feedback! We will be waiting for you next time in Pravda. ;)

On out first day in Lviv, our local friend brought us here. I had no idea what to expect. This place literally is a hidden gem. You must enter through a little glass shop and head downstairs. This is wear monks used to live, so the space feels dim and old. But wait till you try the food. Mouthwatering. I especially enjoyed the onion pie. A must visit for an authentic Ukrainian meal.

Cukor is different from the usual places of Lviv - it's not a coffee shop or a restaurant in the classical sense. In the Cukor there are people who are friends with each other and outside of the working hours, and the guests meet as the old friends - with
