Specializes in Tonkotsu (pork bone broth) and Tsukemen (dipping ramen). Noodles made in-house from flour and kansui from Japan.
Was a regular here since it is in my neighbourhood visiting every 2-3 weeks for my ramen fix- noticed lately that service began going south and there was a certain "air" by wait staff- what broke my patience was yesterday after sitting in the counter for 45 minutes and respectfully following up my order I got a sneer from the waiter- WALKED OUT and Will never return- No Ramen is THAT good... Bye bye.....

Very nice stuff.Sashimi of red tuna are just unbelievable, looks like you are sitting in Tokyo. The wagyu meat on the yakitori is also something we really enjoyed. Service is perfect and smiley like always in the Philippines.Only black point, no japanese beer or decent wines. Was expected in such a high standard restaurant.

I am a ramen addict. I have my favorite ramen all over the city. I have high expectations with this one but the house specialty, which they claim is the best seller, is actually not good. It is very rich in flavor and not your typical ramen. Or maybe it is just me? But the good news is, their "regular" ramen which has corn and butter in it is actually very, very good. Similar with Ukkokei's.
