Reviews on Seafood food in Braunschweig, Lower Saxony, Germany. Also known as Brunswick, Braunschweig is, at about 250,000 people, the largest city between Hannover and Berlin. Many of Braunschweig's most historic buildings surround the city center Burgplatz (Castle Square), including the 12th-century Braunschweiger Dom (Brunswick Cathedral), burial place of the famed Henry the Lion, powerful early Duke of Saxony. Henry's rebuilt castle, Burg Dankwarderode, is also on the Burgplatz and is now a museum. The Old City Market is another popular visitor spot.

Everything is good here, from starters (raw ham, burrata, mozzarella, grilled veggies and various seafood) to main dishes, wether pasta or meat/fish. All prepared and cooked in perfect italian tradition. A bit pricey, but worth a visit.

A good Italien restaurant with a cozy ambience. The welcome is with their houuse made buschetta and end is with schnapps :) The food is good and reasonable but the service time is more. We tried their speciality and it was delicious. avarage rate for each dish is around 8 euros.

We (me and my wife) visited this Greek restaurant, seeing highly impressive reviews about this restaurant in some forums. I must say that the restaurant did not disappoint us. I chose their Myekenes teller as the main dish and I really liked it! My wife ordered Scampis as the main dish and she also liked it. The ambience of the restaurant is nice, though I must warn that the place is pretty much crowded in the evening. So it is advisable to make an advance reservation before going there.
