The Tagliatelle Garnelen is the best pasta I have eaten in the last 15 years. The flavor was perfect, the noodles were the exact right consistency, the the Garnelen and vegetables were superb. To top it all off, the homemade bread was soft, tasty, and perfectly portionedMolto buono!!!

Really good Italian restaurant in the heart of Carolinensiel . Great ambiance ,good service and great food. When I select a restaurant to eat at I look for locals and there where a lot here . The prices seemed to be average for a touristy location which wasn't to bad.Guten Appetit The German hat traveler

Wir waren Mitte April in Jever und es wurde schon um 20:30 Uhr schwierig ein Restaurant mit offener Küche zu finden. Wir sind nach einer Empfehlung einer Kellnerin eines Wettbewerbers (!) im Solopaca gelandet. Das Lokal war rappelvoll, aber das war egal. Ab da war der Abend gerettet. Kurze Wartezeit bis ein Tisch frei wurde-das Personal hatte alles im Griff. Essen war sehr gut - Preis/Leistung auch. Chef macht gute Stimmung. Ach wie nett! Bis zum nächsten Mal
