We welcome you in the best rated Hotel in Volkach - quietly located in the romantic old town. You will live here in a private atmosphere and you will discover that the owner has traveled around the world and has collected many ideas. Only a few meters from the Hotel you will find wonderful inns and wineries. Come in and enjoy the comfort of HOTEL BELLE VUE in Volkach
Stayed for work. Very clean, very comfortable good room size and good bathroom. Owner was very friendly helped with bags, food was good for breakfast - only had the continental style with good selection and fruits as well. Wifi in the room on 2nd floor was decent even though I was two floors away. It was better at ground floor but I still managed to stream Sky Go with only 1 timeout so no problem. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Photo is the view from 2nd floor

Arriving from a cool Scandinavia we sought refuge in the Vogelsburg (“fugales burc,” nothing to do with birds) for nearly a week. This time we wanted to take advantage of the renovated Vogelsburg in a deluxe room. What a kind reception a late Sunday afternoon! Being first invited to unload the car in the courtyard and not in the distant parking area and then being advised to book a table as the kitchen would soon be closing. Our room was large with everything being as we were led to expect, with a very big and airy bathroom and a comfy bed. Being familiar with the area we just wondered, was this actually the room with river view? Well, if you leaned out of the window you got the river view. Going to dinner we saw that the terrace we had visited so often had been renovated and preserved. This was always our favourite place to spend an early evening, enjoying the fantastic view, with a bottle of Juliusspital wine from a “Vogelsburg lage” and some freshly made asparagus. Somewhat surprisingly we could not get service just outside the restaurant, as this area had a kind of self-service. Although rather confusingly, we were served the delicious asparagus from the restaurant. Perhaps understandable, giving staff shortages related to Covid-19. On the other hand, the hotel might rope off the area immediately in front of the restaurant and serve hotel guests here. Next morning and the subsequent mornings we were greeted by very friendly staff, and a sumptuous breakfast, exactly what we had looked forward too, planning to spend the week wandering the “Weinberge” and the small towns, drinking some wine and having light meals in the town squares or in “Hinterhöfle” in Volkach. All very satisfying. Except that is for a hallux rigidus, a glorious name for a sprained big toe, a result of bumping my foot against a hidden step in the restaurant. My fault, as it was actually marked. Still, it did not dent the impression of a wonderful week at Vogelsburg and of the treks (now rather slowly) through the area. The explanation for the strange title … Well, perhaps a positive review may attract more guests, and thus we may find it difficult to get a “de luxe” room next time. Enjoy, but please … Mind the step!

My wife and I enjoyed staying here for about a week while our son and his wife were living for about a year in the room two doors away from ours. Had a great visit with them and really liked this facility. Our favorite amenities included the fancy windows with remote-controlled blinds, the fancy bathroom fixtures, and the super-comfortable bed. Best of all, the place was super-clean with a regular maid service that washes almost every hard surface in the place with a vinegar-based cleaning solution.

Dettelbach is a quaint historic town well worth the visit. We happend upon the Altfränkischer Inn Grüner Baum and had a terrific meal. The fare is traditional Frankonian, the portions are more than enough and reasonably priced. The owner served us and was a treasure trove of information about Dettelbach. Will certainly go back and stay over in the hotel.

Welcome to the family-run hotel and winery Goger. The traditional house in Sand in the district of Hassberge offers modern rooms for your short break or business trip, Franconian specialties in the cozy restaurant and of course Sander wines from our own vineyards. Enjoy your stay in beautiful Franconia on your bike ride on the Main, hiking to many attractions and visiting the vineyards and wine festivals.

Park Villa apartments offers a historic facade as well as modern interiors. Park Villa is situated in the pedestrian zone of the spa town of Bad Kissingen, next to the spa park. Apartments consist of separate living and sleeping areas, and a private bathroom with shower. Every apartment offers TV, free WiFi and a fully-equipped kitchenette. The Rosengarten (rose garden) and a charming pedestrian area located close to apartments. Buses leaving from a bus stop next to the hotel can reach Bad Kissingen's thermal baths in less than 10 minutes.
This apartment was vast. I had probably forgotten when we arrived that it actually was an apartment. But it had two bedrooms, a kitchen diner and a bathroom. We only needed a place to stay, but it would have suited self catering. Very close to the centre of this pretty Spa town. No breakfast facilities (we knew that,). Reasonable price. If the lift had been working it would have got 5 stars. The watering can was an oddity. Recommended.

If you are looking for a great German favorite dish this is the place to visit. I was enthralled to be tempted with traditional dishes that you would not normally find elsewhere. But it was my first meal in Germany in five years so I went with the Rahmschnitzel. There was enough to bring home a portion for a brotchen in the morning. My wife enjoyed her Jagerschnitzel and my brother enjoyed his traditional dish. Definitely come by for a great meal.
