In town seeing the Christmas lights. Only a couple of restaurants open on a Sunday evening so we chose this pub. Our service was excellent - prompt and friendly. My husband had the blackened redfish with vegetable medley as the side. It was outstanding. The fish was perfectly cooked and very flavorful; same for the veggies. I had the chicken and sausage gumbo. While the roux was dark, thick and deliciously flavored, the gumbo had an over abundance of chicken and very little sausage, with no okra or other good veggies - very plain so I was a bit disappointed. Wine was reasonably priced and decent. Good value for the money.

From oysters to seafood and steaks to pasta. All the dishes were very good with large portions and fresh ingredients. A little more upscale than Papas but with same good food and service.

Food was good. We had the Cuban, burger and chicken sandwich. It was delicious. The mac and cheese tasted like boxed. The view is nice. You can smoke on the patio. Its covered and breezy. Its .4 miles from the visitors center in the historic district. Do not walk it. Theres not sidewalk the whole way and you will be walking on Washington and its dangerous.

Incompetent service with server who could not understand how to accept a chilis gift card for part of the payment. Very slow to take order. Food surprisingly good but a bit cool on temperature.
