Joe's Crab Shack brings fresh seafood, authentic flavors and Southern coastal flair to locations all across America. Joe's menu features crab, fish, lobster, mussels, clams and shrimp.
I have been to this particular Joes Crab Shack many times over the years. I used to LOVE the crab buckets and would normally get Dungeness crab. Now thatâs not even an option. The flavoring was nonexistent (garlic) coupled with the queen crab seemed to be tougher than usual and the potatoes undercooked. I will give them another try next time I am close but also will be looking for a replacement seafood place.

Donât let this âthemedâ restaurant fool you with its servers dressed as cheerleaders and sports bar theme. They are serious about food! My daughter had the grilled chicken and avocado sandwich and I had the fried catfish. It was some of the best catfish I have had and this southern girl has had a lot. My daughter claimed hers may have been the best chicken sandwich she has ever had. She was also fond of the âcrispyâ waffle fries.

We had more than one meal with the 8oz Burger Bar. All pleasant until tonight. Our waitress didnât show any interest in us at all. Her name is Breona H. We only know that from our receipt as she barely spoke and never smiled. The person who took us to the table was really pleasant and the waitress we had the night before was very pleasant but not Breona. She went from table to table without a single smile. It is unpleasant to have a server who is not interested in either us or her job. Someone else brought our receipt and said she was busy but we could see that was not true. If we were returning, we would ask for a different server.

Great atmosphere and kind waitstaff! Family friendly with an open layout and outdoor seating with shade, yard games and music. There were even bowls of water for tagalong pups! Beer was great; weâd recommend the Barrel 52 beer! Pizza was brick oven and tasted great even as left overs which warmed up great in our oven! Awesome brewery kinda tucked back in the old parts of town. Enjoy!

We're passionate about great food, great drinks and great hospitality. We believe in fresh ingredients and big flavours, delivered by caring, friendly people. And we know that a lively environment makes it all feel and taste better. At Grub we use quality
I dined with three other people and all agree their food was very good to excellent. But we had to shout to converse; I should have turned around and left as soon as I walked through the door. We all were hungry so decided to stay (a big mistake in my opinion). I won't be back!

This place is ALWAYS packed so I guess itâs good to some degree. I love the margaritas but waaaaaay over priced. The food is ok just know that if you get anything extra that should probably come with the meal like pico, sour cream, guacamole etc...itâs extra. Like I said itâs ok, but Iâm sure I wonât return.

A Stop in time with its collection of people and history. And then there is the food, from the Shrimp Buster to the burger there is no question in my mind you will be satisfied. Great group of people waiting on you. And a cold beverage if you like. It is hidden but what a find.

This place is really amazing. The historical decor number one. The staff is friendly and fast. Our server Brook kept coming back and making sure we were pleased and with a great smile on her face. My husband got a cup of etouffee to start. I was SO delicious and meaty and thick. I have the spice beef and pork meat pies. Oh so good. Especially with the zesty mustard sauce. We split a plate because in not a big eater. We had the shrimp and catfish plate with dirty rice. The portions were huge. What I mostly liked was how the this large shrimp was tender, tasty and with just a right amount of breading. The catfish was also impressively delicious. We washed it down with 2 ice cold Coronas. It made our evening. We were so stuffed. This will be our routine place to go when going to Shreveport.

Went on a weekday for lunch as part of the 318 special for the city. Ordered the 318 catfish sandwich special with cup of gumbo and fries. The fries were okay, but the other two items were simply uneatable. This was quite possibly the worst meal I have ever been served in a restaurant. The gumbo was a putrid mush of greenish material and the fish was cold and virtually tasteless and it looked horrible as well. My lady left the table and spoke in a low voice to our waitress before returning to the table to inform me that she had told the young lady that we simply couldn't eat the food and were going to leave. We exited the place in shock, not believing what was just served to us.John, Iâm extremely sorry that you had a bad experience. It is certainly not what we usually hear and Iâd like to see how we can make this up to you so please Email me at [email protected] and we will figure something out.
