Oh my goodness! This is our new favorite when going to New Orleans. We always make sure to eat at Crabby Jacks in Jefferson before leaving the area. Plentiful seafood in every poboy. The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly and it is always clean!

Boucherie was recommended by several musicians we know. The location is uptown just off of Carrollton St. The restaurant is in a small house. You feel like you are dining in a friendâs home. Very cozy and casual. The food is off the charts good. Very creative Southern food with an Asian twist. We started with the mussels with collard greens. Simply outstanding! Our entrees and cocktails were excellent as well. We love the bartender- very friendly and engaging. Prices were reasonable. Both my husband and I walked out of Boucherie with big smiles.

Took my parents here for dinner, we're all from out of town. The restaurant was very busy but we still received excellent service from Errol and the whole crew. The food was great, every item was delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Easy access and parking near the corner of Carrollton and St Charles. Diner-like eatery with approximately 20-25 barstool seats. White cloth napkins and amazing service up front let you know this is not your typical diner. Good menu that leans more toward breakfast than lunch. Prices are very reasonable.I had a omelet that I would place in top 10. My wife and uncle (from NJ) had traditional eggs, bacon and toast. All very well prepared. My aunt had a BLT and was very happy with her meal. Lots of bacon! Friendly staff and lots of locals. Great stop. Will be back. Watch the weekday hours- they close early.

We were in town for the anniversary. Searching trip advisor and maps resulted in this place NOT in Vieux Carre.Paul was spot on with recommendations...oysters, foie gras, salad, duck breast, pan a cotta. Stopped at Heads and Tails Seafood & Oyster bar after a long day. We arrived around 5 pm and had no wait. Our waiter stopped to introduce himself as he passed by and came right back for our drink orders. He also took our appetizer order and told us we were still in time for "Happy Hour"! If I don't see anything that I know that I will love I typically order Fried Shrimp -- a staple hard to mess us. But, on a whim, I went out of my comfort zone and ordered the Pasta Barbara. When it arrived, I was disappointed it was in a "red" cream sauce but I was pleasantly surprised. Two nicely fried rounds of eggplant on a bed of shrimp fettuccini was really good. My husband got a dozen oysters and a pan seared redfish over HUGE asparagus!!! BONUS to the waiter for keeping our tea glasses full!!!

I am from NOLA however left several years ago and was totally excited about our girls day trip and lunch at Zea only to find the old prep has changed and now served with COLD chicken and drenched in salad dressing!! Horrible server to boot!! I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience. Please contact Shawn Burke the General Manager at 504-738-0799 or at [email protected], I would love the opportunity to make it up to you and make the salad the way love it.

Seitherâs is a very unique seafood restaurant in Harahan. Besides some delicious traditional boiled and fried seafood there are many unique dishes that are cooked with a non traditional spin. Some of these include a fried green tomato BLT with remoulade poboy, blackened shrimp and avocado poboy and the seafood volcano. Even the roast beef poboy is surprisingly good.
