Just returned from a Birthday trip with friends to New Orleans. Stayed in Algiers Point a charming New Orleans Neighborhood. Just across from the airb&b was this great little cafe. Family run, friendly and made a great breakfast...we stayed in a rental so we could cook ourselves but ended up every morning at Tout de Suite Cafe! If your in the area donât miss it!

We had excellent options for seafood, including several local choices. The wild redfish was excellent. After you have their preparation, you won't want to eat redfish any place else. Their "shalibut" - halibut and scallops - was fabulous. The crab bisque was sweet and very creamy. The dirty rice was great. Even though we were absolutely stuffed, we had their homemade sorbet for dessert- really delicious.

We are a small neighborhood restaurant with 40 seats open for breakfast 7 days a week - and event space at night for any event from 30-60 people and we also do catering pick up or delivery
I was skeptical at first, but was totally overwhelmed by the food. I had the Eggs Dauphine, which was poached egg and Hollandaise over shredded pork on top of a jalapeno cornbread. It was sweet and savory, could have used a bit more Hollandaise though. Will return every visit from now on! Great service, very interesting decor - comfy.

Take a look at the menu on the chalkboard before getting in line. The Mac and Cheese comes highly recommended, delicious and not what you might expect, with long noodles and and they give you enough to feed three people (and that was the small size). We ordered the fried chicken, which takes an extra 25 minutes to make, and again, enough to feed at least two people (three if you also get the mac and cheese.) But it was the best fried chicken we have ever had. The atmosphere is kind of cafeteria like, though they do have a full bar. If you have the time and the hunger, this place has a great local reputation for a reason.

Well, all i can say is gooood. I had the fried catfish with garlic potatoes red beans and rice, the others had salad with grilled shrimp, stuffed fried bell pepper, grill chicken pasta, creole pepper shrimp, fried shrimp with veggie. To start we all shared hot wings.Needless to say. The portions were not disappointing. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING.BELIEVE IT, WE ORDERED BREAD PUDDING AND A CHOCOLATE EXPLOSION CAKE....to go....Do not be put off by the surroundings, in a neighborhood and everone was extremely nice.Go early, we went at 5pm and within an hour it was packed. I noticed a lot of take out orders being done.Heads up..the place is small, seating limited, prices are more reasonable than a fancy french quarter eatery. If you choose not to eat in, please do take out.A HIDDEN GEM.

Best Seafood platter within miles of the French QuarterExcellent Staff, Family run Classic Old School New Orleans Seafood dining. Family atmosphere. You will not be disappointed!2 adults and 2 kids can share the Seafood Platter...Like fish? This place is one of the last restaurants that still offers a seafood stuffed Flounder...once a staple in New Orleans restaurants...but now almost extinct YET Dempseyâs (tucked away in the Bywater) still provides. Super friendly, down home staff. No egos and itâs NEVER going to be a hipster joint...Just good folks doing A+++ fresh Louisiana Seafood...your choice fried or boiled Seafood. Itâs 30 blocks downriver from the French Market/U.S Mint on Esplanade Ave...so not walkable for most tourists...BUT DEFINITELY worth an Uber or better yet rent a bicycle!!!Try it once and I guarantee youâll be back!!!

Atmosphere was wonderful. Service was attentive and amazing. The food?? OMG the foooooood. This place was top notch. We only went on accident as we couldn't get a table at an italian place we were wanting to go to so we drove over here on a whim. It was a Sunday night and somewhat busy but we got seated right away. They put together a delicious cocktail based for us based on a request for mezcal and it was perfect. Ravioli appetizer was insanely good and the hangar steak was potentially the best I've had in my life. No joke. I've had way less and spent way more at other places. The ingredients were fresh and the pairings were perfectly thought out. 5 stars here.

The Praline bacon and food did not disappoint but the service was cold and unattentive. Yes, we came in later in the day but she didn't check to see if we were enjoying anything & left all our plates in front us as we talked. Lots of great food available in New Orleans, the level of service is what sets people apart. If this was my first visit to Elizabeth's ...I'd never return.

And itâs not just because my son in law is one of the owners! The pizza is innovative without being odd and has a great crust, the pasta is fresh and takes advantage of fresh local ingredients, and thereâs a great vibe. Get out of the Quarter and get a slice. Or better, a pie. And garlic knots.

Located in Bywater area of New Orleans about 2 miles east of the French Quarter that attracts the hipster crowd. A chalk board lists menu items consisting of fresh local produce and healthy ingredients, a divergence from deep-fried heavy Southern foods. S
Loved this place! It's so cute! Love the art on the walls and they have this amazing little corner with a TON of children's books!!!!!! The food was exactly what we needed to start a full day in NOLA. I had the green eggs and Ham on the everything bagel. It was delicious!! We also tried the house juices while there. Definitely worth it! Staff was nice and friendly! Will be going back here when in the area again.
