First, Cheese Importers is no longer located in the building shown in the picture. It moved to an old, interesting building on Main Street and has much better seating for lunches and dinners. Second, the menu is interesting, tasty, and moderately priced. Third, you purchase your entre near the entrance before being seated, seat yourself, and your food and beverages are served to you at your table. Fourth, we haven't eaten dinner there so service and menu may be different.

We had a great salad that included some very tasty BBQ meat[turkey].
The place is very busy but they did serve us in a timely manner
The tables are family style so you may be sharing a large table with other dinners. We found this to be okay.
A bit noisy for visiting.

Join us for dinner and drinks and enjoy an incredible meal in an intimate, yet casual atmosphere. Sugarbeet is a wonderful spot for a romantic dinner for two or for meeting friends and business associates. Our chef owned bistro serves a delicious and creative seasonal dinner menu with a full bar and wine list. Reservations are recommended as our restaurant has limited seating. We have a wonderful patio for outdoor dining and cocktails when weather permits.
We had come here with another couple for dinner and it didn’t disappoint. We had excellent service, friendly waitress and incredibly delicious food. When our friends got married, this was where we decided to purchase their wedding gift for their next anniversary dinner. Loved everything about their menu!

I can’t tell you how incredible this place is. From the homemade ketchup to the hand squeezed orange juice and beignets, you just MUST eat here. The food is absolutely perfect. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is unique. Get here EARLY or you’ll be waiting for a long while (but even so, it’s well worth the wait). Definitely come hungry, haha! And I recommend sharing the main entree so you can get beignets.

This was one of the few restaurants open on New Year's Day in downtown Longmont. We were delighted to find a great selection on the menu, some good beers, and some good wines. The Sicilian Portobello Mushrooms were incredibly tasty; the sauce setting off the flavors of the mushrooms and peppers beautifully. Since we were only having appetizers the other order was The Works Nachos. This plate was piled high with nacho goodness with sauces and sour cream served alongside. There was a very nice hotness to the salsa, a decent guacamole, and a green Chile I didn't try because I don't eat pork (family said it was fine, but not great). The atmosphere was warm and cozy; a great place for a cold winter day. I didn't give 5 stars because our server was pretty slow in taking our order and delivering drinks. We'll definitely come back when we're in Longmont again.

Met a friend here for lunch today. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch - lime cilantro chicken soft tacos and jerk chicken sandwich. Both dishes were delicious, well presented and very generous in portion size! Service was friendly and professional. Good value too and. Nice atmosphere. The restaurant was full by the time we left but not too loud. Will be back next time I am in Longmont.

If we could only be here longer, we would go every night. Maybe even lunch. We had small caesar salads, a meatball side dish, chicken gorgonzola, lemon cream angel, spiced tomato cream and sausage, and the seafood special. All wonderful. We ordered at the counter and got our drinks. The employees are very helpful in explaining the menu options, and attentive after our food was served. The tables are preset. There were many people eating in and also lots of carry out customers.

Every long day of hiking and brews in Colorado should end with a little pizza no? There was a street fest going on so it was a bit busy, but they let us put in our order while we waited and enjoyed some people watching outside during the fest. They have a wide local beer selection and thin and thick pizza crust options. I think our eyes were bigger than our stomachs as we ordered about 1 pizza too many but they were quite delicious. I'm a red sauce kind of guy so the white pizza wasn't my thing, but both crusts were well worth checking out. It's a little pricey for pizza and they do not have ranch for dipping for you ranch fanatics like myself out there. Not a ton of seating for large groups, but a great spot for friends or family to enjoy!

Loves the food... everyone had delicious dishes. Clam chowder, mahi tuna nachos, Roost burger, lettus wraps, club sandwich...all we're yummo! My sister had a cosmopolitan with pop rocks on the rim! I had a dark beer with chocolate..can't remember the name...it was also delish.
I will definitely be back!

The food is based around seafood, with Creole, Cuban, Jamaican, and nouveau cuisine preparation that is always excellent. One of our favorite appetizers is the shrimp crawfish dirty rice, which is as close as I can get to eating in New Orleans. The chef is wonderful and food is prepared with love. This is a small place in a Victorian house. The outward courtyard is beautiful in warm weather (late spring to mid fall.) The inside atmosphere is fairly plain however the food is amazing and why we go here year round for the best fish and seafood in Lingmont
