Other half had a work thing so the teen girls and I thought we'd treat ourselves to a Girls' Night and try somewhere new for dinner.Miss Kay's (Springwood) has beautiful fairy lights adorning the entrance, 80s music pumping, pop art on the walls (hello Thor!) and Star Wars Ep. IV on the TVs... we were like moths to a flame.The burgers (we ordered standard cheeseburgers) were very well sized for the price ($10) with a delicious meat pattie cooked to perfection.The fries were allegedly 'seasoned' (I couldn't taste anything and so we added salt). To be honest at $4 I was a bit disappointed. They were thin, stringy and not well cooked and for the size, overpriced. Honestly the fries at McDs or HJs would be far superior.The drinks menu was very diverse and they even offered shakes with a shot (of alcohol). With under-age daughters that was not going to be on the cards for us but I suspect the other half may be tempted if we go again.When. Not if. The food and ambience is well worth a second try. And the other half never met a burger he didn't like so I'm thinking another visit will happen soon. Maybe the fries will be better next time and our experience will be a once off.Would I recommend you visit? Yes indeed. If you want a casual, fun night out with the family... or even leave the kids at home.But it is not the venue if you are looking for a romantic destination for two.Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to provide your review. Super friendly and efficient staff (shout out to Lulu, Jack and Danika) who all made sure everything was perfect. We had the Reuben Sandwich and the Chicken with waffles - absolutely delicious and excellent value for money, This place is not noisy - great place to catch up with friends. A wonderful neighbourhood gem!

We saw a sign for a $10 breakfast and thought we would give it a go. Have been back twice and at both visits enjoyed the friendly service and it is certainly value for money.Easy street parking. Will look forward to a carvery meal at lunchtime when we get the chance.
