Our uniquely and individually styled two and three bed apartments are all designed to provide guests with a relaxing nights sleep, in comfortable and spacious surroundings, complete with kitchens along with modern and attractive bathrooms. Each apartment features free high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs, enabling you to sign into your favourite streaming services, including Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Good to find parking nearby and easy to locate once we had spoken to a member of the staff. Large apartment very clean with new carpets throughout. Huge bathroom which needed some sort of vanity unit for toiletries. Kitchen not well equipped missing basic items such as plug for the sink, bread knife, toaster and tea towels. Bed comfy and towels plentiful and fluffy. Rooms warm. Living room had only 3 chairs and small table for a 2 bedroom apartment and only one but large sofa. Only 2 of us so ok but plenty of room for more. Only one coffee table could do with a nest of tables. We had been self catering for over 40 years so by now do know what we like and is needed especially if they want to be luxury.

We have recently returned from another fantastic break at Brackenborough Hall. This time we stayed in the granary and what a space to enjoy that is! Full of historic features and immaculately clean, it has an epic amount of space and comfortable furnishings. We could have stayed forever had we not had husbands and jobs ? See you again Paul and Flora and thanks again for a wonderful stay. Merry Christmas

All year round self catering holiday accommodation in skegness carron house is situated just off the sea front in a selected quiet area being within walking distance of skegness beach, the shopping centre, the embassy theatre, bus & train station, seacroft golf course and gibraltar nature reserve. All apartments are fully furnished to a high standard which have been awarded a distinction.
First time staying at these apartments and we weren’t disappointed. We stayed for 2 nights. It was great to have lots of space instead of the usual one room a B & B has, not that we were in there much but still like to be comfortable. The apartment is in a great location and Sue the host is really nice and friendly, if you need anything just ask. Will definitely stay again, thanks for a great stay, love the JJ’s x

Fountain House can be located on the corner of the medieval Fountain Lane and Red Lion Street in the Centre of the historic market town of Boston, Lincolnshire. From this town the Pilgrim Fathers left in the 1600’s to eventually arrive in the ‘New World’ and establish Boston, Massachusetts USA. Fountain House boasts two luxury Suites with superb en-suite facilities above a small Bar that is open at breakfast, lunch and early evening.
Stayed for one night while in Boston visiting family. The room was large and spacious, two big comfortable beds . Lovely walk in shower, everything was clean and modern. Great location next to the town centre, it didn’t bother us but if you want a lay in you might not get it lots of noise from street below in the morning.

Glebe Farm is in a remote location with lovely countryside views. We stayed for four nights in Apartment 3. It was very clean and well-equipped, and bedding and towels were provided. The apartment has a sofa, a table and four chairs, and a kitchen area with a hob and combi microwave-grill but no oven. The bathroom is modern with a powerful shower in a huge shower cubicle. There is ample parking next to the apartments and plenty of space for a picnic or walk around the lake. There is no food available onsite, but nearby Wragby has several takeaways, pubs and and a large Co-op. Glebe Farm is COVID-secure - hand sanitiser is provided in each apartment and the communal kitchen was closed. We really enjoyed our stay at Glebe Farm and hope to return one day.

These beautiful lodgings, set in the centre of Stamford right on the river’s edge, give you the views, style and comfort to enhance your experience of this historic town recently voted as the best place to live in the UK. Step outside and you’re immediately in the heart of the town, just a few paces from the river, meadows and vintage shops.
We stayed in the Toll House and loved it. Everything was perfect, such a high standard and the bed was so comfortable. Staying in a historic building with the town, river, meadow right on our doorstep. We came by train with just a 5 minute walk from the station. In the 1970s I danced here many a time when it was the Riverside Club. It was great having access to the balcony when the beauty salon is open. It is a little sun trap out there. The keyless access was such a good idea too. I would highly recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting relatives in the area. Couldn't have chosen a better place. Neil should be congratulated on the amazing job he has done in renovating this beautiful old building. We stayed in Apartment 4, but we also had a look around Apartment 3, both were finished to the highest standard. The kitchen was better equipped than our one at home. We were out during the day, but it was lovely to return to such elegant luxury in the evening. Comfy bed, spacious shower. We will definitely return.

Me n my family stayed here for the Easter weekend. Bryan the owner shown us to our room and even helped with our bags bless him.. shown us how to use everything in the apartment great service from him. The apartments are very clean have everything you need in your room, the shower was perfect with good pressure which is normally a nightmare for me due to have long thick hair. We reserved parking round the back which was allocated to people staying in the apartments. If you are mobility problems I wouldn’t advice u booking any higher than the first floor we booked an apartment not realising it was on the second floor an my nan was struggling the good side was we didn’t keep going back and forth to the apartment. We have already booked for next Easter with a room on the ground floor this time. Thank you for a great stay Bryan great customer service all round. See you soon! M smith

I booked over a month ago for a night with my children . Turned u today and couldn’t gain entry , tried for 35 mins to contact staff as had my children with me . I saw people coming out the apartments and asked them how I contacted staff but no body new . Eventually I get a rude man telling me my booking is cancelled , he tried to call me yesterday ( which he didn’t ) he said there been an emergency and they had to shut the hotel . Which was a lie as I’d spoke to a few people who were staying there . There was also another couple at the door with the same problem who couldn’t get in . I’d just drive for 2hrs 30 mins with no where to go. And as it’s Easter, everywhere was full . Absolute waste of space

Last minute booking due to having to cancel elsewhere due to illness. But what a find. As a bowler here for the national finals this was a great location. Not far from town. We had the 2 double beds on the ground floor. Very clean. Beds were very uncomfortable and had a duvan base cover covering the matress (random) the shower flooded before you could finish washing your hair and the room at the back had main lights on at 11pm. With 2 young kids we were in bed by then and was not great having a bright light shinning in while trying to sleep. Would I visit again. Yes. Just can't find it again anywhere to book.
