Family hotel in a quiet position near the lake, 800 m from the city center. Spacious, decorated rooms with lake view and balcony. Lavish breakfast buffet served in the dining room or on the panoramic terrace. Close parking lot. Beaches at 50 m. Pets allowed. Credit cards accepted. Open April-October.
Stayed here for 6 nights with my wife in Sept. Friendly staff who gave great recommendations for local restaurants (a must visit is Al Veccio Fontec) and a lovely varied breakfast. Our room was a good size, with a nice side balcony which had views of the lake, Monte Baldo and Limone. The walk is a very pleasant 10 minutes into the town and the central ferry terminal. I would recommend the ferry to Malcesine (where we saw the castle and did Paragliding from Monte Baldo!). Lots of lovely restaurants in Limone and an evening run north up the coastal boardwalk was fun. You can also drive to Riva/Torbole in 20-25 mins. Only giving 4 stars as there was no hot water when we arrived, and no Wi-Fi for the last 48 hours.

Nice B&B at a fair price. The views were amazing and the staff were friendly. Clean and comfortable room, but a little dated. Our 3 nights stay was marred by the fact that we were awoken at 6.15 every morning by the noise from the breakfast room (next door) We unfortunately also had noisy neighbours above us who stayed up late - so we didn't have a very comfortable stay. Our room tip would be to avoid the Suite - Rm 1. for this reason.

Stayed there for two nights. Yes, the hill to get there is steep (25% for a good couple of hundred meters) and first time scary by car. We walked down to town in 20 minutes and 30 minutes back and it will take your breath. But very doable after all though not pleasurable. Once you get there, you will find a sweet spot. Stunning view from the terrace of your room. Room is spacious and clean. Cup espresso maker in the room, daily fresh bottles of water, drinks available 24 hrs for small prices. Free happy hour with alcoholic drink and snacks for free in de afternoon. Great breakfast with the stunning view on Lake Garda. And, really kind people who have a true hospitality mindset and who do their utmost to assist you. Mind you, there is no 24 hr manned office (and there is a closed security gate ) so best time of arrival is after 1600 I would say.

First they bring the wrong gnocchi and then it had hair in the food. The pizza also had hair on it. Pizza dough wasn’t that good either. Food tasted somehow microwaved. It was wasted money. After complaining the waiter said we still have to pay. That’s all. No apology. Disinterested staff. But of course they want the money for their low efforts. Shame on you!

everything was excelent - service, restaurant, swimming pool etc - except the room :( It was very small, very old and quite destroyed. The price in September was double because of high season (150 EUR / night). For that proce in Bardolino I had very new and modern 50 sq meter loft. The owner could repair lots of things. He is very very nice guy!

B&B seems the wrong description, but it's not really a hotel, in that there is no reception as such, just a till in the restaurant area. The apartments are just next door, tucked around the corner on a quiet alley. Our view was over the lake. Arriving was easy, we had a car, so we were told to go to the main parking area in town, we were told not to park, but check in at the info centre. The outdoor parking was full, and the policeman was guiding everyone into the multi-storey, but we stopped and told him we needed to check in. He knew about this, I assume other hotels, accommodations do this as well. He told us to pull over and check in quickly. It took just a few seconds and we were told to enter the multi storey using a card with a bar code, and we were followed in by an electric cart. He then took us to the apartment, we were met by a lady, who was expecting us. All very smooth and well organized. We used the same card to leave the car park at the end, so we didn't need to pay. The apartment was huge, 2 bedrooms, but our sons was a living room/bedroom with a sofa bed. It was big though and comfortable. He is 19 and 6ft and had no issues. Both rooms had lovely views of the lake. There is AC but nights were warm due to having duvets but no sheet. The second night we removed the duvets and just used the cover, much better! We had an excellent modern bathroom, and small functional kitchen. There was a dishwasher with pods supplied but oddly nothing at all to wash dishes by hand. There was a safe in one room Its very understated and elegant but modern. Breakfast was included. It is a wonderful breakfast, served by a lovely lady but... There was no explanation what was happening. The first day, we were tight for time as we had a ferry in mind and had booked to go up Mount Baldo. We had to wait a time for orange juice, then bread/croissants, then coffee. All served in slow procession. We thought we were done, when she asked how we wanted our eggs! We declined due to time, then she offered cheese and ham, then yogurt and cereals. Apparently it was all to come in a long drawn out breakfast. Very nice, if I had an hour or more but we didn't either day. The next day, we wised up, we asked for everything at once, it did arrive promptly, but she seemed taken aback. Again, time was our issue. The hotel has an early checkout (10am- ok as it also has an early check in 2pm) so we needed to pack and be off. Lastly, the restaurant at night is highly rated, number 1 in Limone. Our first night it was closed, so we tried to book for the next night at breakfast. It was already full. So maybe book, before arrival. Overall, a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location.Highly recommend.

Little hotel with amazing view, friendly but high professional service. Ask for rooms at second floor. Private parking. Gorgeous breakfast buffet. Very near to the walking path, to a Supermarket and Buffalo restaurant. Go and enjoy!:-)

Posto bellissimo proprio in centro davanti il lago. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salato. Titolari disponibili e molto cordiali. Un plus è il parcheggio multipiano compreso nel prezzo.
