The Hotel is very good ; But my opinion here is about the restaurant . This restaurant doesn t even deserve one star ..it s really one of the worst restaurant I've ever been. Bad service, pizza was burned and even I told it to the waiter, no one proposed to bring me an other...we were there for 4 times and we will never ever go back again. we will advise our family and friends not to go to this restaurant. we spend many weekend at the therms hotel we some times decided to have our dinner there just because in the evening we don t want to go far way !!
We spent a very nice evening here, had a walking buffet with fish, beef, veggies and fries, super desserts (excellent Dame Blanche), accompanied by great wines. We finished the evening with a wonderful karaoke session, had the best time ever. Awesome staff. To be recommended!

The food tasted like it had been cooked days ago and was just preheated in the microwave. We ordered a mixed grill and got mostly potatoes. It all tasted the same and very boring. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Entourage us quite nice, but the menu contains very standard dishes and the service is unattentive. However, other restaurants in Arcen offer the same in a lesser environment.

We've had a lovely evening here. When you arrive, the service is friendly and helpful. You get an entree on the house (bread and aioli with butter in our case). The starters were delicious. Well plated in a modern way. Positively surprised. Portions are good. For dinner we had a pasta dish and a plate of asparagus. Both were very tasteful, well plated and well portioned. The pasta dish was quite large. My wife couldn't eat it all. The asparagus were in season, and were very well made! I would come back for it here gladly! We were somewhat let down by choice of table. It was something we should have attended more careful. We were sitting between 'early guests' when we arrived, and after 30 minutes or so we were the only ones left in that room. If you visit, be sure to ask for a table in the back room if possible. Better ambiance, more people (late) and a better view at the lovely garden. Over all we had a nice dinner. Good price for value I think. Nice service.

Sometimes, restaurants have something special about them which makes me give it a full five-stars. This restaurant, however, didn't have that. It is a very good restaurant, but it just didn't push it to the limits so that I could rate it a five star. The location seemed to be a bit odd. It appeared to be in a sort of small city; do note that it was dark upon arrival and I wasn't able to take a good look. There was a garage further ahead, it was only a two minute walk to the restaurant. It had a nice entrance to the restaurant. The route to the restaurant was mostly unlit. The food was very appetizing and delightful and had a neat presentation. There was a wide range of choices for vegetarians- which I am! Adequate choice of desserts. Nothing too special, but you get a free Coca-Cola Light when logging onto the free Wi-Fi. The servers were cooperative and were able to tell us in-depth what type of dishes each one was, and knew the ingredients. There is a nice atmosphere present- you feel 'at home' and hear the chatter of other costumers. Around 80% of the place was filled with costumers which is always a good sign. A definite recommended restaurant! Is advisable to arrive before the nighttime strikes.

heerlijk een grote verrassing, alles was even smakelijk en goed klaargemaakt, ik kijk ernaar uit om hier in deze prachtige omgeving weer te eten.

They are not pancakes in the American style closer to a crepe and the size of an individual pizza.Only a few non pancake options but around 30+ ways to have them.Made for a great meal. Most pancakes are between 8-9 euro with a few specialities in the 10 euro range.

Our afternoon at the Hertog Jan Proeverij was very nice and had an unexpected end to our evening! We had a few beers and dinner. Dinner was delicious. The 'Rund Vlees Stoofpot' was great! It was a stormy night and it was raining extremely hard! When we asked where the busstop was to take the bus to our hotel, the chef even offered and brought us to our hotel!!

We had something to celebrate and this restaurant was recommemded. With chairs outside the atmosphere was enjoyable. We had spare ribs and guros and creme brule. The meat was average but the dessert excellent. The service spoiled the evening.
