Located in a very nice building, where inside you feel the grandeur of the past. and still very cosy atmosphere. Service was a bit slow, specially to get the bill. The food was good but maybe a bit to average. We had expected a bit more. Prices are moderate, so price/quality wise still a good deal.

Kapel 16 is a Tapas restaurant where little dishes from over the whole world are served. Every dish is fresh and authentic prepared! Check out the menu: https://bit.ly/2JUPred
went for lunch, sat outside on a sunny day, extremely friendly waitress. All dishes are small so have 3 or 4 to make a meal. Classic dishes and new creations on the menu, and they have a dialy special. Very good quality.

Hipster Restaurant Kaaiman serves food sharing dishes grilled in the famous Josper Charcoal Grill and presented on heated basalt plates with various side and vegetable dishes. The restaurant's location is unique as it is located next to the canal in Hass
You arrive, see a nice terrace (sadly full of smokers - maybe good thing to create smoke free zone), the canal and the industrial looking decor. I like the place.Sounded loud at first but wasn't disturbing, maybe add some acoustic panels for sound absorbing.Service was efficient and the staff looked relax and smiled a lot. Not the fastest, but we weren't in a hurry. The starters were stunning and well presented, on that base alone I would go again and take friends. The côte à l'os was a little disappointing : bland in taste and could have rested a little more to loosen up before serving. I love restaurants that serve water in liter bottles and also had a reasonable choice of good wines by the glass.
