Visited this restaurant with a friend couple of their recommendation. And it really was worth it! Tasting menu is available where you choose either 4 or 5 dishes (with reasonable prices!). Dishes are lovely, perfect size. Also chefâs greetings are many. Their deco is lovely and personnel super friendly. If you have a possibility to test this, I wouldât miss it out.

Our concept Want to socialize with couples, with your family or a business partner extensive and original breakfast, stylish lunch or afternoon enjoying the extensive coffee cake then you're in the Hasselt Maison Blanche is the right place. Delicious seas
We had an excellent experience at Maison Blanche. They serve traditional Belgian cuisine. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. We went there on a Saturday evening and it was not fully booked, which was surprising. Maybe because it is a bit of the beaten track if you search for restaurants in Hasselt, though it is still in the center of town.

Traditional cuisine in a modern setting. The grilled scampi are great, and the desserts are very nice. Do not expect Michelin quality, but plain, ordinary good food.

The food is ok but the price is really high.45 euro for a starter and main course. They want to do it to fancy and the portions are to small.A little bit of this, a little bit of that, I like a good sturdy meal and not a sample of everything. The quality was good.Dear Jo,We'd like to clarify a few things.First of all: the price you mention is not correct. Our tapas plate as a starter plus main course cost â¬31.5 (â¬14 + â¬17.5). If you still find this expensive, think about all the organic ingredients we use, full of natural flavours, and know that everything you've found on your plate was handmade! The concept of our tapas plate is exactly what 'tapas' are supposed to be: small portions of all the vegetables we serve, in order to give you the opportunity to try everything. Best regards,Hans&Tine

Have had a nice experience in this restaurant. Although much is minimalistic dressed , your taste is very well pleasured with the food the chef presents. The amuse-gueules are top, the 4-dishes menu is balanced and with seasonal products and the food pairing excellent. Also the wines are a little gem.

A chef with passion, dedication, eye for detail, perfect in its preparation. Does not overshoot the current techniques used by the modern chefs, keeps it surprisingly simple but original, flavors well balanced, classical setting, nothing fancy. So we went with a group for a dinner, let the chef decide and got delighted by the variety of appetizers and dishes. Wine choice was a bit below expectation, not really in line with food but than again, we paid a reasonable price, in the city centre of beautiful Hasselt. This is a great place to come, you get fair quality at fair price, still showing the skills of a talent that shows dedication.OInly thing to improve: if you have ambition and you show this passion, as a chef, come and say hello to your guests to get complimented, you deserve to show yourself.

This is place doesn't look from the outside the quality it has inside. There is room for much improvement. We went ONLY because of the good references. We didn't want to go in because they had a very ordinary way of promoting their food on a blackboard near the road :). The blackboard was accompanied by what is called a Tsolia. So we thought that this Greek restaurant would have the same strange interior mix of ancient pillars with soldiers dressed in Ottomanian clothing what one sees in many Greek restaurants that are created by illiterate immigrants. Anyway, after we were persuaded, we went there and we were very surprised to see a very classy interior instead of ugly wall paintings made by a madman. This restaurant has the olive tree as a symbol and I believe that it's he most appropriate symbol one could use in a Greek restaurant. The service was very good and the owners very kind. The food is excellent and they also have a plate of the day that is made by traditional Greek methods. (Not a Greek snack). We have been here several times and I cannot remember one time we regret coming. Even if we find the food a little bit (10%) overpriced.

This is a wonderfull place to have a culinary travel around the world. The servant tells and sells you wines as if she has cultivated them herself. The food is prepared by a humble chef with a great heart for his profession. A discovery as we seldomly find them. Highly recommended.

I was there with my girlfriend and another couple. We liked the simple and modern environment. Diffuse lights makes it also cosy. We explored basically all the menu, from aperitif, entrée, main dish to dessert. Quality of basic ingredients was excellent, cooking was perfect, amount and presentation very good. What I liked the most is an uncommon craft in structuring the tastes, which in my opinion makes dishes unique. Quite a few little ingredients in small quantities make each bite of the dish different than the next, as if you could make a little journey in the ideas of the chef. To be tried to better understand :-)

Vous Lé Vous is next to a restaurant where every day with love for the product is cooked also a charm hotel with 5 rooms. Vous Lé Vous combines rural tranquility with culinary pleasure and let you escape the hustle and bustle of every day.A delicious dinn
We had a 3-course dinner for 40eur per person. The amuses, starter and main dish had special attention to the vegetables accompanying the fish and meat. We even had a pre-dessert and a main dessert. We ended with coffee and tea and several lovely sweets. The service was extremely friendly and polite with good knowledge about the dishes. The room is very nice to sit and the tables are far enough apart to have your privacy. As a note I must say that I was a bit surprised that we had to pay 80eur for the drinks (2 cava, 0.5l water, 1 glass of wine, 1 coffee and 1 tea with sweets) : That was quite expensive.
