Deighan's Caravan Park is a Five Star Park situated on the A2 coast road. At Deighan's we aim to provide high quality facilities on a peaceful and well managed park. Benone Beach is only a few minutes walk away with breathtaking views along the 7 miles of golden sands towards the Mussenden Temple and Downhill Castle. We offer a safe environment for our guests with CCTV througout the park as well as a secure entry/exit barrier system. Guests can avail of our Laundry room and on site Play Park and touring caravan customers have the use of a new state of the art modern toilet block which has seperate disabled facilities.
We are very regular visitors to this site however this year we upgraded our touring caravan which my husband was only confident towing with his van. A brand new 5 seater Renault traffic. Only to discover when we arrived that it had to be parked outside after we had pitched up. No explanation!! Then we have to contend with this at our caravan window - the difference in this & my husband van being - my husbands van is twice the price of this but we didn't rock up with 3 kids!!!! Totally unreasonable!!!

Swanns Bridge Glamping is a campsite that aims to promote an outdoor activity lifestyle but still have the comforts of home. It's a great retreat for families, couples or individuals looking for the ideal base to have a great outdoor adventure and self-catering holiday and just get away from it all.
Place was really nice. Loved 95% of the stay. Most the staff were delightful. Facilities were nothing special; but done the job. Could do with more stuff to do maybe, or at least some cover - we got unlucky with the rain so had to stay inside tents. However, on the last night, we were told off by an older lady on staff who claimed the kids were too loud - we were only sat around the fire playing cards. My daughter has Autism and can sometimes let out an excited sequel, that’s all the noise would have been. Removing that fact, the way she spoke to us was disgraceful; like we were killed ids being naughty in class. It totally spoilt the stay for me. I’d recommend they think about clarifying the quiet time rule and keep the old doll away from people. If you are wanting to go here and not make a single noise after 2230, then I would recommend. Otherwise, I would not. Score is only based on this old lady ruining our trip with her attitude.

Looking forward to going to Stendhal, booked Ballyhenry house and received notification payment was processed. Today I was asked to contact the owner,he informed me that he had "forgot" that he had taken some telephone bookings so our booking was cancelled, he suggested another place some thirty pounds extra per night and some distance away. The worst service ever.

My family and I once again stayed at Ballymultimber Cottages in 'The Barn' having booked this trip while in the accommodation last time! I cannot fault the place at all, the little extras and personal touches from the host are to be commended. The accommodation is very close to Benone and Downhill Beaches which are both drive on beaches. First class food is available 7 miles away in Limavady or slightly further in the North Coast triangle. Forests, a clean river, points of interests and a boat to Donegal are all within a stones throw of the accommodation. What's not to like?! Since my last visit both the main bed and sofas have been upgraded. Wi-Fi is not amazing however, it is able to provide ample network for the provided Apple TV (Netflix etc.) as well as personal devices. For families of 5 it would be better to have a set of bunk beds in place of the single bed however, the ceiling height may prevent this.
