Classic average to poor restaurant (as most of them) in Platres area. Unfortunately in specific area is difficult to find a restaurant the offer very good food.In my opinion in whatever restaurant in the area you sit you will have similar quality of food. Same is sequoia restaurant. Visited place a Sunday for lunch and as per waiter âmezeâ was not available specific day thus we order portions. Salad was fresh but souvla (overcooked) and kleftiko (too fat in the piece) were average. Worst of all were the Cypriot dish âmakaronia tou fournouâ that for sure were not cooked the same day they were served.

When the majority (few taverns in this atea) told us they were full or had their kitchen closed, we found this tavern. Service was super efficient...we were served the ordered food (baked moussaka and Greek salads) in less than 10 minutes. We understand they were prepared dishes...that said they were very fresh and very good. Food was a bit over priced when compared to tavernas in less touristic places. Again, it was still good. A bit strange was the fact that prices didn't include the VAT, so that was over and above the actual food price.
