We enjoyed the barbacoa and chicken tacos. The staff are very friendly and the tacos ate delicious! Unfortunately the braised pork tacos were sold out. We would have loved to try those. In all a great shack to enjoy tacos and beer. Nothing beats that. Recommended.

Located in the Barranco area, we walked here, not necessarily looking for this specific place. We simply were checking things out in the neighborhood. The place says Vegan so we tried. We were happy with their food and the server spoke good English. We ordered tea. I do not remember the flavor but it was very different and tasty. We also ordered quinoa dish. It tasted like âmashedâ potatoes. Sorry to say, there was nothing spectacular that stuck out. It simply was an ordinary meal.

Las Vecinas is an experience in all the senses. An opportunity to enjoy organic and seasonal food in an atmosphere like no other.
This was the 1st restaurant we went to in Lima after arriving from New Zealand. We were looking for a vegetarian restaurant and Trip Advisor did not let us down. We walked about 40 minutes from the âPaddington Bearâ statue, a pleasant walk. The menu had plenty for us to choose from. We had minestrone soup and Quinoa burger. Very filling and tasty. They had tea as well which is always a plus! We loved the owner / chefs whole business philosophy - to wake up the senses and make you feel at home. Reminiscing of things past. They use local Peruvian ingredients which are organic and eco friendly. The inside was quiet small and quaint. The toilet was huge with a bath in there too . Great service. It was worth the walk to find Las Vecinas. Hello David! Thank you so very much for such a great review! We really appreciate when one of our customers enjoys their visit and shares their experience. Hope you had a wonderful stay in Peru as well. Best! Zonia
