On our annual trip to Varigotti we ensure that we always eat here. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. The menu is varied - anti-pasti, pasta, meat, seafood. Make sure you taste some of the seafood specialities - anchovies, pasta with squid ink, mixed seafood platter, etc. If you're not into seafood the meat is also good. A word of caution - you have to reserve!!!! At the front of the restaurant, there is a covered terrace with windows that can be opened.

Questo ristorante, he ha cambiato gestione, che resta una trattoria nel bosco al fresco sulla strada per Calvisio, (a cena si deve prenotare) ha prezzi decisamente meno popolari di prima.La qualità del cibo è la stessa di sempre ottima (galletto alla brace ok) e pizze e focacce molto buone: noi abbiamo condivisa una pizza con stracchino e prosciutto eccellente!Forse i prezzi sono stati lievitati un poâ, considerato che si mangia su un tavolo con la tovaglietta di carta che io odio. Comunque torneremo.Ps accettano solo contanti, no bancomat o cc causa linea telefonica mancante: strano perché i nostri telefoni di vari gestori prendono la linea!

Papagaio is a Brazilian restaurant with floor show in the seaside town of Finale Ligure. More than a dozen of us went to try out the Wednesday night 'aperisamba', a fixed price buffet with Brazilian dancing. We were not sure what to expect, but had a great time. The buffet was a mix of delicious Brazilian dishes and some local Ligurian favourites, plenty of choice and vegetarian options too. The cocktails were mixed with flair and the strawberry caipirinhas were sweet, refreshing and seriously alcoholic. The floor show was provided by professional dancers, including a young Brazilian who did an energetic samba, charmed everyone and then taught us all the moves. Everyone in our party had a go and the star of the show was an eight year old girl who left the rest of us standing. We all had fun and went home tired but happy, and all for 15 euro a head. Round up your friends and have a go!

Got there around 19:45 on a thursday, the menu was in Italian (no surprise there), but thank god the waiters spoke english (that one was a first). Had an amazing stake and delicious dessert with a beer. The service was great and the waiters seriously cute and sweet. Will definately be back.Iâd recommend a dish but I canât possibly remember what it was called or how it was spelled, but if I were you Iâd try what I tried!

What could be better than eat al fresco, in one of the best area in Liguria? Great food al fresco in Liguria. I first came to this osteria 35 years ago. Very little changed since then. Great food and amazing ambiance.Donât miss the mix appetizer and the mix meat grill. And you can finish with simple but homemade delicious desserts.A regal treat.
