Find out what Pizza restaurants to try in Sestri Levante. Sestri Levante (Latin: Segesta Tigullorum/Segesta Tigulliorum) is a town and comune in Liguria, Italy. Lying on the Mediterranean Sea, it is approximately 56 kilometres (35 mi) south of Genoa and is set on a promontory. While nearby Portofino and the Cinque Terre are probably the best-known tourist destinations on the Italian Riviera, Sestri Levante is becoming quite a favorite among Italians. This once quiet fishing village is slowly turning into a tourist hotspot, developing an old and a new town.

We just enjoyed a very tasty white Pizza and plump tender mussels and were looked after very well by Bruni.Great Food, Friendly Efficient Service, Good Value (Pizza Bianco only â¬5.50 and Cover Charge â¬1.50, which is a quarter of some Portofino) A pleasant good value lunch.

Great freshly made pizza at reasonable prices with a wide range of choices and toppings. Food is fresh so you need to wait around 15 or 20 mins at busy times but there is seating to wait. Highly recommended

We were referred here by the Miriam Hotel. And came back to eat 3 different times trying different items. Their Spaghetti Vongole was excellent, their Muscoli Marinara top notch and the Ruccola Vegetarian pizza so good, my mouth is watering right now.And the owners are a younger couple who immigrated from Argentina. Their friend from Argentina as well and visiting from Paris spoke better English and we explained we were from Canada. It was nice to visit with them and see what a great little trattoria they run.

We go there regularly. They serve probably the best pizza in Liguria and an excellent one. It is a soft, very rich, Neapolitan style pizza. The "cheese focaccia" (focaccia al formaggio tipo Recco) is amazing too.The location is average, but the food is excellent.Highly recommended! !!

Learning we had an hour to our next train, with stomachs growling, we walked to find this cute restaurant near the train station. The friendly staff brought us delicious pizza and wine in record time while locals were engaged in fine dining. Grazie!!!

We visited on the recommendations here in TA and I had high expectations going in. After waiting for a table, we had excellent service--friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried a number of dishes and sides, including the pizza norma, the rabbit and a salad. The pizza was ok, but it dropped off from there. The rabbit was overcooked and dry and the salad was again ok. That said, I would give it another try given the positive experiences of others. Maybe it was just what we had. Prices are extremely reasonable.Dear Onthebacknine,Thanks for the time you've spent writing your reveiw. We are sincerly sorry if we have disappointed your expectations and we ask for a second chance to let you change your feedback!Best RegardsFederica

We found that restaurant via Tripadvisor because it is on the northern side of the railway track, exactly opposite the railway station. As first we weren't aware that it is possible to use the railway under path (at railway station) to cross the track, but then we went there. What we got was excellent service, excellent Italian food at reasonable prices.Very good, we will come back againBuongiorno la ringraziamo per averci visitato e poi recensito sul sito di trip Advisor.Nell' augurarle una buona giornata l' aspettiamo nuovamente.La ringraziamo Lo staff..

We spent two evenings there. Both wonderful. Youâll find a lot of fish and seafood - including pasta with seafood (looked really good, especially the baked spaghetti coming in aluminium foil). They also have pizza and take away.We chose from the daily menu which varies a lot. Antipasti: We tried the Thun Carpaccio, the Polpo de la Lanterna (a spicy polpo salad) and the fried gambas. All good.Mains: Baked Fish a la ligure. Very good. Polpo, pan-fried, with herbs and tomatoes and the grilled Thun as a main - I could die for those. Both were amazing. Our waitress was lovely and helped us with the menu.Highly recommend that restaurant. Busy place.

Le Gardenie has a reasonably priced menu covering pizza, pasta, main dishes and a great selection of desserts. The staff were very attentive and helpful. There is covered seating outside with heaters giving a cosy atmosphere. Recommended.
