Find out what Bar restaurants to try in Vernazza. With Cinque Terre’s only proper harbor, Vernazza has a long history as a fishing village. While there is a small beach, sightseeing is more common in this astoundingly beautiful cliffside town. Highlights include the 16th-century Belforte Tower (which offers incredible views of the area), the 11th-century Doria Castle and the 14th-century Santa Margherita d'Antiochia church. It involves a steep hike, but the shrine at Nostra Signora Di Reggio (Our Lady of Reggio) is well worth it.

My partner and I had a few drinks here before heading to dinner. The staff were lovely and accommodating, arranging a table outside for us when one wasnât available. They welcomed my change in alcohol to one of their existing cocktails, lovely fresh ingredients used in my London Mule. They also whipped up a decent cheese platter for us to share. Would go again.

A good selection of snacks are also brought to the table while drinking here, They also serve good bar food and some amazing salads.. This bar is open all day until late and is a great place to spend the evening with friends or as a couple.. They also show live sports on the TV..

Located in a panoramic sea view terrace, La Scuna offers local wine, draft beer, typical food for your relaxing time in Corniglia, in the heart of Cinque Terre.
Spending a hot day exploring the Cinque Terre we find ourselves in Corniglia at lunch time. After checking several menus we decide on La Scuna as much for the view as anything else. It's popular, the waiter said he will have a nice table for us in 5 minutes and he didn't disappoint. The beer and wine was served ice col, perfect. We ordered the mixed anti-pasto plate to share as Corniglia is famous for its anchovies (best pickled anchovies). Anyway the mixture of cold local meats and seafood was a fabulous slow meal on a hot summer afternoon. Can definitely recommend.

We sat down for drinks, and the waiter there must be the nicest waiter in all of Italy! He spoke good English and was super attentive! We didnât eat, so Iâm not sure how the food is. But the plates brought to other guest looked good.

Stunning views from one of Monterosso's historic monuments. Small kitchen for lunches, dinners and aperitifs accompanied by excellent Cocktails and local wines.
Sitting high above the waterfront, this restaurant is the ideal location for a romantic dinner. The pastas dishes are innovative and very flavourful, and the lamb was unexpectedly amazing. My only knock on the restaurant is that the service, though very efficient, was not particularly friendly.

After reading the glowing reviews of Nessun Dorma I looked forward to enjoying an evening meal at one of the top ranked eating establishments in Manarola. As described, the line moved quickly and we were seated at a long table with other dinners. We had a bit of a rocky start when the waiter kept returning to ask if we were ready to order. We had to put him off three times before we were able to read the menu in the dim light and were ready to order. Our glasses of wine came quickly and my wife mentioned that she thought our entire order of salad; bruschetta and focaccia sandwiches would arrive at one time. She was correct. A second waitress dumped three wood platters on the table that contained our entire order. I say the word dumped with purpose. At least the wooden platters were covered with a brown waxed paper. The reviews were glowing of their pesto, I wondered if the pesto we received was from the morning pesto class. They charge 50 euro each to learn how to make their green stuff. It was not exciting, especially being served on a dry piece of toasted bread. The salad was palatable; we could pick out some of the better items and made that work. The focaccia was awful, lots of bread, very little ingredients and no taste. Neither was finished by us.While looking around at other tables this was evidentially a young people place, there were very few diners over 30. It seems like an appeal as a cheap place to eat. It might have been cheap for Manarola but I had a three course dinner the night before in Siena that cost 5 euro more and was three times the quality. I would not recommend this as a fine dining experience and its views are available from the trail directly above the restaurant. I would recommend reading the reviews with a score and one and two. Notice their consistency with what I am writing. They seem to be much more on track.

We visited Ananasso Bar for lunch and a few drinks today. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. I ordered a pesto & tomato bruschetta (â¬5â¬) which was tasty and a good size. My wife ordered the pesto pinsa, sort of a cross between a focaccia and a pizza (â¬12). Again it was very tasty and probably for sharing really. There was quite a lot of oil from the pesto but it tasted very nice. Our drinks were nice. Prices were reasonable and there was no cover charge. Overall, a great place to people watch with a lovely view of the harbour in Vernazza. Thank you again and back to visit us

The perfect light lunch at our hike from Monterosso- Florence- the owner - so warm and friendly. Her family surrounds her with older grandchildren helping bus tables etc. Salad was delicious with a light honey dressing. We licked the plate clean:) the outdoor seating was lovely with a nice breeze and ocean view- no credit cards

We found this restaurant by following the main thoroughfare to the Corniglia viewpoint, and their outdoor seating is the southern part of the viewpoint terrace. You actually pass by the door on your way to the viewpoint. We got to the viewpoint and saw folks enjoying good looking food, and sat down. The service was great, and the food was as well. The view here is spectacular, if I had any complaints it would be the number of tourists flowing past at midday to enjoy the view making this spot a little less tranquil.
