we arrived at 8.30 pm, the restaurant was half full, and were not granted access. just unbelievable! and not done. 'we are expecting still a large group' was the heard excuse.or was it just because we were wearing jeans & tshirts? better check your clientèle when doing this, Chez M! You denied access to some wealthy customers....

Been there on the Sunday afternoon and we had a few 'peckets'. I tried the 'flame' one and then we took the road of 'peckets' which means 6 liquors with different flavors, including chocolate. It is worth going there. It is an old building very special place.

Really nice and friendly waiters who accomodated the special dietary need of one of our guests.Everything is homemade and delicious, the menu changes regularly said the waiter.Quite quick service and reasonable prices as well; I would most certainly recommend this place.

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel and it didn't disappoint. It is quite plain with dark tables. The service was good. I had rabbit which was delicious and my husband had the regional specialty which is boulets a large meatball. He enjoyed it. We had a litre of wine and coffee and the bill was reasonable at â¬60

We spent our last dinner out in Belgium at this restaurant. We spotted it while walking through the town of Tilff a few days earlier and noticed what looked to be a large number of locals eating there. We didn't think to make a reservation, just showed up on a Friday night.....Luckily the staff were sympathetic and asked us if we could sit in a reserved seat but be sure to finish in two hours as the table was reserved. We were thrilled, as it was clear the restaurant was fully booked and the bar was quite full. Both our server and the chef came to our table to help us select from the menu. We have a few food allergies and cant take a chance with a mistake on our order. My husband at the daily fish offering, and I decided to try the vegetarian plate. Both were excellent. Prices were reasonable for the area. Clearly this was an excellent choice and if we are ever back that way we will go there again.
