Balu Bäckerei Konditorei is located in the heart of the Vaduz town and is open seven days a week for its customers. For your lunch we offer various convenience products as well as hot paninis, wraps, salads, Bichermüesli and sandwiches. In the afternoon y
...but then so is the Principality of Lichtenstein! A kind of bakery bordering on cafe on Vaduzâs premier (and possibly only) pedestrianised walkway. They serve open sandwiches with sometimes odd (but tasty) fillings eg creamed celery with odd (but tasty) toppings eg the aforementioned celery with walnut and pineapple. Coffee very so so - mittle-Europe tasteless - but comes with a tiny biscuit in a wrapper. Nice to sit outside in the shade...at least that bit is for free (well, relatively speaking, since Iâd paid â¬8 for a coffee and a slice of bread with topping!)

It provided a great meal as we were travelling through Liechtenstein on our way to Germany from Switzerland. It was located right downtown, on a pedestrian-only street, near the national museum and below Schloss Vaduz. Good food at a good price, with good local beer on tap.Hi Zen!Thanks for your nice comment and hope to see you again...Il Capo

Had pizza there 2 nights ago and it was delicious. Plus the waiter was super nice - very friendly and English speaking. Wine selection is small but very good.

Spent National Day in Vaduz. Needless to say it was extremely busy and after walking the streets and visiting the sights, stopped for lunch at Brasserie Burg. They were very busy but the server managed to get us a table outside. Burg is almost right in the center of the pedestrian street, which is not only convenient but offers nice views of the street. They have a beautiful menu of pizza, pasta, burgers, salads, sandwiches and much more. We ordered two Caprese burgers and a pizza. The food came out quicker than expected since the restaurant outside was completed full. ALl our food was well presented and tasted delicious. Our servers were cordial and friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was good. If it was not National Day and so busy, maybe it would have been a bit more relaxing. There is a slight hill to the front door, but the outside is flat and I think no problem for wheelchair accessiblity. A good choice in Vaduz.Dear guest, thank you for sharing your bright experience at Brasserie Burg here! You are right, our restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Also true - National Day IS the busiest day of the year in Vaduz with the hightest amount of people in town. So we are really happy that we achieved our goal to provide a great experience despite of a full restaurant all day and night long, we closed at 3 in the morning : )Best regards and to next time, Sandro

Hands down the best pizza out of Italy. The paper thin crust lightly topped and perfectly baked is a piece of art. Two sizes available, large is the size of a toilet seat cover, and the small is not much less. Because they are so paperthin however one can manage to enjoy the whole pie.

Decided to go there for lunch and it was the best decision we made all week! The moment we walked in, Giovanni made us feel right at home! The atmosphere is the same as I felt like when I went to Napoli a few years ago.The antipasto was absolutely delicious. We love the red peppers with tuna, as well as everything else on that plate. The larger portion was plenty for the two of us. We also opted to paired that with the Chianti Classico which was such a good decision. Then we had the bolognese spaghetti which tasted like heaven! The pasta was so fresh and delicious! Finally Giovanni set with us, even after the restaurant was closed, and chatted about travel, food, and wine. Didnt hurt either that the desserts were out of this World amazing! There isn't a doubt in my mind that this is by far the best restaurant in all of Lichtenstein! Two thumbs way up to Giovanni and Andrea for being such incredible hosts!!!Happy that you enjoyed your stay and the food at our place!!!Thanks
