Named for the freed slaves that helped build the port town, Libreville has grown into an elegant and wealthy capital city since Gabon gained independence in 1960. The seafront boulevard is lined with expensive hotels and stores, while the Louis quarter is known for its stylish clubs, restaurants and bars. Pointe Denis, accessible by a short boat ride, is a resort island with some of the area's best beaches. The Sibang Arboretum, just outside the city, showcases the country's unique flora.

Generally speaking, staff are rude in behaviour with a lackadaisical approach towards customers. They were not solving problems promptly. They should be well trained how to behave with customers. I'm not going to advise your hotel to anyone.

This is a nice, midrange hotel. I was in Room 24 the first night and a different room when I came back a couple of nights later. Each room has a big bed, TV, desk and chair, closet, full-length mirror and AC. The bathroom has both a shower and bath. The reception was very helpful in organizing things, including a guide for a city tour and taxis. The restaurant was good. I had dinner here twice and the food was very good. The breakfast is also decent, with French-style bread and pastries. The hotel is located within walking distance of one of the main roads and many stores, etc.

I stayed for 4 nights at the end of a business trip. The hotel is in a quiet area not far from the airport. The rooms, whilst small are comfortable enough. The bed was good, with quiet and effective air conditioning. I liked the wood screen that could cover the window, which meant it is completely dark at night. Wifi worked well in the room. The shower is a bit open, meaning the floor gets wet and the water was not very warm. Breakfast I thought was poor. After my first day, I walked down the road to Le Moulin which had good pastries and juice. Dinner in the restaurant was quite good. Parking on site was good. The ATM in reception never once gave any money, despite many attempts.

Hotel le Cristal is 3 years refurbished luxury hotel, is located in the business center of Libreville, Gabon. Hotel Le Cristal offers to the corporate traveller all the comfort and convenience of a luxury boutique hotel, about 15 minutes from Leon Mba International Airport. Hotel Le Cristal and his Restaurant l'Orchidée de Mer are destined to become Libreville’s top lifestyle and exclusive address.
Our check in was seamless although I found it our that the front desk guy had to ask the guy in charge of online bookings if we could pay cash. The rooms are big enough and were clean . Language was a barrier but we muddled through successfully . This hotel is a city hotel so it has no views but it’s central and was a walk away from most of the places we had to visit , breakfast was a choice of 3 types and not much choice for people who have a few food restrictions, Room service was prompt enough 40 mins for a well done steak and the food came in hot , there is a small gym and a spacious pool area . Arsene at the reception was a pleasure to deal with and he always had a smile . We will certainly return

Well... i was there a couple of weeks ago and even if i hate posting negative reviews but i would simply not recommend this hotel ... expensive, rooms dirty, power cuts, at times no flowing water, cold showers, expensive food ams very little choice. ohh... forgot to mention that at times the lifts was not working and try to bring down your luggage from 4th floor by using the stairs...

I have stayed at the 'Leet Dorian' for three weeks during June and July of 2021, this is my second trip to the hotel this year. The owner JF is a great guy who is extremely sociable, he has a wonderful staff who are very helpful. Food is excellent especially the evening meal though during this pandemic and because there are not many guests the menu is set. Rooms are bright and cheerful with comfy beds and big bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wow. Just wow. This was obviously a private house but now a delightful boutique hotel. The room I had was large, had balcony overlooking the sea, nice, well presented and clean. Bed is comfortable, view delightful and food is frankly superb. Haven't eaten decent French fayre like this since I last visited Paris in 2019. This is a fabulous place to relax and enjoy. I hope if I visit Gabon again I will be able to stay. Staff so friendly and helpful without being overwhelming. Rare that I find hotels I would happily return to. This is one of them.

The residence "LE JOMONIA" is a hotel ideally located in the Bas de Gué - Gué, a residential area of Libreville, 15 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the international airport Léon Mba. This is a new site with 10 standard rooms and 6 apartments all equipped. We have a dining room where guests can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant and the swimming pool are still under construction, as well as the parking lot which remains to be enlarged. The neighborhood is calm and secure. Ideal for people wishing to rest or work in peace. The road is in good condition, taxis are available just outside the residence or on order 30 min-1 hour in advance by the reception if the customer warns us. The standard rooms are relaxing and the mattresses comfortable. Ideal for short stays. Standard rooms have a modern and sleek design. The apartments have spacious rooms and equipment needed to stay long in the property.
I stayed for a couple of nights, mainly because it was easy to book online and I managed to find it on the map. As usual, Tripadvisor location is wrong and hell will freeze over before it is corrected, but booking.com has it spot on. It is in a quiet residential area. The accommodation is basic and the rooms very small and a bit dark. Rooms are air conditioned. They are clean enough though and the beds are comfortable. The staff are all helpful. Food was pretty good. Breakfast is basic with a choice of croissants, omelette and so on. Wifi worked well. The small pool looks OK if you need that. Parking is available outside in the street.
