While we are in Tacloban, our Airbnb was canceled, hence we need to immediately search for an available accommodation to stay, In the google list, Hotel Lorenza was recommended, hence, I booked immediately. it was a very swift transaction, we got the room for four. Upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel is located in almost the center of the city, many available restos are in walking distance, and the ambiance of the reception is very good, the room is big enough for four adults, the bed is very comfortable, comfort room is decent, amenities are available. and wifi connection is great. I will highly recommended the hotel, no for Airbnb for this stay.

Our Hotel cater more for comfort. We have spacious room and also bathroom. We have Bellas Cafe for our in-house guests and outside guests too. We also have Dude's bar for people who wants to unwind and have a little get together with friends. We also have a function room for intimate gathering.
We have stayed here a couple times and it really is a great hotel. I do have to say, they have a sent defuser in the lobby that is so strong I went to sleep at night smelling like it. I don’t remember it form my last two stays. It was so strong I basically ran to the elevator each time I walked in. It was like walking past an .Abercrombie store!!

The hotel provides only a bed, towels, and 2 bottles of water. The price you pay should include at least the basic amenities such as soap and shampoo. During my check-in, the receptionist wasn’t there and had to be called to go down and assist me. The shower was also not constructed properly as only 1/3 of the shower was covered by the temperer glass. You’d most likely be wetting your bathroom floor taking a bath here. Breakfast was ideally to be served at 6:30AM but their cook was late so everything was delayed. This shouldn’t be a problem of the guests. If convenience is what you’re after, then you can say this hotel may provide you what you basically need. But I wouldn’t probably come back to stay here again.

Very affordable room rates with excellent staff service and cleanliness. The best hotel of its class in the city.
This is the best budget hotel I ever stayed in the Philippines. The staff are polite and helpful. The hotel also has delicious budget meal. I will recommend this hotel to the rest of my office mates who will come transiently doing business in Samar, Biliran and Leyte areas.

Located on the highway just north of Inopacan overlooking rocky foreshore. Only a short trike ride to the Port. My room was large with double bed (clean linen) and 2 sets of bunk beds. Small table with 2 chairs. It overlooked the highway but there is little traffic late at night. The aircon was efficient and quiet. The TV worked well with a limited cable subscription. The bathroom had a separate shower area. Good water pressure and hot water. My meals from the restaurant were very good. The owners and their staff are friendly and helpful. If your too lazy to do your own travel research then Gerard will help get you sorted. I enjoyed my stay here.

The bed wasn't made: folded sheets were just laid on it. At least they had a regular American-style thin sheet here (I encountered multiple places in the Philippines with thick comforters but no sheet). There was no bottled water in the room, or glasses to drink from. There was a table and two chairs in the room. The AC wasn't able to cool the room as much as I'd like, but it got the humidity remarkably low (yes, I brought a thermometer on my trip). I put down an extra deposit to get a second key card to keep the power and AC on when I wasn't in the room. Variability in the water pressure significantly slowed down my shower. The water went out at night, but was quickly turned on again after I complained at the front desk. The toilet stopped working, and I had to take off the lid and fiddle with things to get it working again. The pillows were soft. They charged 50% of the nightly price to let me check out late. I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff is very accomodating. Rooms are very tight. Food takes long to prepare. If you are on a strict budget then its not bad. Internet only in the common areas. The Bathrooms are also tight. If you are a big person it may be difficult to move around.

Front office staff are very friendly. Pati na rin ang taga room service nila. I like the bangus during my breakfast, also very affordable price lang yung hotel nila and very nice room pa. I really recommed this hotel sa mga budget traveller like me. Thank you!
