Upside down weekend
Reviewed By OzCO1130My flight was canceled, thought I was going to have to check in a night later so canceled 1 of 2 nights. Ended up driving straight thru and needed the canceled night after all. Front desk was GREAT! Very pleasant and accommodating. They even honored the wedding price on the night I canceled then had to rebook. Short stay but the staff made it a good one!

Riverbanks Zoo & Garden is eight miles away, and we're 15 minutes from the views and hiking at Dreher Shoals and the Lake Murray Dam. The entire hotel, including our room, was VERY clean, pleasant, well-lit, with modern decor and furnishings. Best hotel I've stayed at in quite a while! Good location too, as it is a short commute to downtown Columbia.

Amazing Staff
Reviewed By annemcheneyUpon checking in, we were greeted by two very kind gentlemen. They were so helpful with any questions we had. We had a couple of minor issues with the room and it was taken care of immediately. The layout of the room was very comfortable. The bed was very comfy and the water pressure was great! We feel that this hotel is such a great value. Their customer service was above and beyond. I didn’t want to leave!

Very Good Stay during Masters
Reviewed By Robert RGolf buddies traveling to Masters for couple nights' stay at this downtown Lexington property. Friendly efficient staff at check-in and very clean property. Dual-bed room on 4th (top) floor was very clean, nice seating area with sofa and chair, microwave and mini-refrigerator, ample storage including in-room safe. TV located more for viewing from beds but can be turned toward seating area; lots of channels with collegiate sports but surprising not golf. Room included a few added power outlets with USB ports, and the WiFi connection was good. Ample parking lot behind building with key-card access entry on lower level, with elevator service to all floors. Free breakfast included make-your-own waffles and selection of hot items including eggs, biscuits, sausage, along with selection of cold cereals, fruit, yogurt, breads, coffee and juices. Adequate seating area for breakfast. Would consider if staying in area again.

Amazing staff
Reviewed By John PExcellent hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff, hot free food with coffee. The breakfast host Ruth was so kind and warm. She was fantastic,her other work partner had the most dreary attitude. Front desk clerks and housekeeping staff were exceptional. The beds were comfortable and I experienced the best shower ever. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Also had plenty of nearby restaurants available.

Reviewed By Rhonda LI do not recommend staying at the Quality Inn & Suites Lexington, SC. Unable to view room before renting. Manager makes faces while talking to him. Room had NOT been cleaned. Trash can full with food down the wall. Got Clorox from front desk and cleaned the room myself. Room says NO SMOKING, had cigarette burns on the sink in the kitchenette area. They call this a SUITE … NOT! Would not give discount for me doing their job. I will never come back here again!!! Lexington, SC is full of people with attitudes.

Reviewed By dclark852247The hotel was nasty and the service was awful. They advertise free breakfast and that was not the case. We stayed two nights and never got clean towels and the pool on site was not clean The only thing good was the location
