Oświęcim (/ɒʃˈvjɛntʃiːm/; Polish: [ɔɕˈfʲɛɲt͡ɕim] ( listen); German: Auschwitz; Yiddish: אָשפּיצין‎ Oshpitzin) is a town in the Lesser Poland (Polish: Małopolska) province of southern Poland, situated 50 kilometres (31 mi) west of Cracow, near the confluence of the Vistula (Wisła) and Soła rivers. The town is commonly known as being the location of the Auschwitz concentration camp (less commonly known as KL or KZ Auschwitz Birkenau) during World War II when Poland was under the control of Nazi Germany.

Not HALAL! 11/06/2019I saw this place during my visit and always enjoy kebabs, tacos, Shawarma's (chawarma, shaurma, showarma) Doner kebab, al pastor, gyros. The name changes depending on the region. I got the #32, Tortilla wrap, chicken, fries, salad. It is large and very good. I had it twice, the fries are also good. I also ordered the BIG Daddy, two beef patties(medium rare), onions, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and had them add bacon. It was humongous, moist, juciey and delicious. It ground and aged beef. Seasoned well, heavy bun to handle the weight of the patties and ingredients. Having eaten hamburgers on 7 continents this burger is definitely in the top 7 on the planet. They have non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Keep up the great work.English menu is available.

A small coffee shop in the town's central square â but a lot larger than itâs storefront suggestsâ¦â¦but we were blown away with the quality of the food. We ordered their vegetable tart/quiche not having great expectations â but it was AMAZING. So tasty, large portion, and just a really pleasant surprise. The drinks were good too â and then the banana/cream tart was also really tasty. We expected just average, and left feeling that this was way better than just average. Very impressed and would happily recommend it. Sadly we were only in Oswiecim for one day, so didnât have a chance to go back â otherwise we surely would have done!

Defenately excellent place. Better than top restaurants I have visited - trout was super, burger was super super, children pasta was a bit modified according to our wish and was perfectly made. Recommend to stop if passing the place on your way. Service was absolutely professional. Keep on going, you do it very well.
