I have stayed and skied at many places around the world .This hotel is one of the best. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble and always done with a genuine smile which is rare. The shuttle bus system is perfect for getting too and from the chalet to all the ski lifts . The food is amazing and a real treat every night . The wine list is one of the biggest I have seen and covers all prices. The pool and spa treatments are a bonus. We will be back- can't say anymore !!

A model of style and character, Le Chamois Lodge, which opened at the end of Decembre, is undoubtedly the good surprise of the winter in Les 2 Alpes. This hotel and restaurant with a modern architecture and a decor full of good ideas seduces thanks to its freshness and creativity. We embark on the discovery of a very successful establishment.
The hotel was in great location in the middle of town, a short walk to the main ski lifts also very close to all bars and shops. Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from and staff were always replenishing the buffet. Dinner was a set 3 course menu (if you go half board) but if there was anything you did not like you were able to choose off the main restaurant menu which was great. I really enjoyed the food at dinner and staff were really friendly and helpful. We had drinks in the bar at the hotel most evenings, the cocktails and service were excellent. We also used the spa at the hotel twice during our stay and it had great facilities! It was definitely needed after a few days on the slopes. Overall a very good hotel in Les Deux Alpes and I would definitely return.

What a fantastic hotel! Right at the base of several cable cars, literally across the road. Superb location, close to everything. The whole set up is very well thought out, secure ski storage, a place to recharge your ski lift pass in the lobby and an excellent discount with the two closest ski hire shops. The staff were wonderful and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and all sourced locally. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Free parking available on the street which is busy, but once the day visitors had left the resort in the evening there was no problem. We would definitely return here in the future.

This summer, with family or friends, the less 2 Alpes resort will cater to your every wish : accommodation at the foot of the lifts and at the heart of the resort, a host of activities (summer skiing on the glacier, hiking, ice rink, mountain biking and more) and festivities. Unforgettable summer holidays in the mountains!
We arrived in Les 2 Alpes a day before the resort closed due to Cronovirus restrictions. The hotel staff did an incredible job during these unusual times. They did everything they could possibly do to ensure everyone’s health and safety. They provided many hand sanitizers and a member of the restaurant staff served the food from the buffet. The food was plentiful and very tasty. The management staff warned us that confinement was going to be announced and at this point they told us they would have to close the hotel once we made arrangements to get back home. The receptionist, Laurianne, was exceptional. Without being asked she helped us book a taxi to the train and booked our train tickets for us (even though this took multiple attempts as the SNCF site was timing out). We’d like to thank her for making what could have been a very stressful situation run smoothly. She even emailed us the next day to make sure we had gotten home safely. We were a group of 12 with 4 young kids.

I stayed in this hotel for a week in July 2021 while attending a snowboarding camp. The hotel has an amazing outdoor pool, overlooking the alps and a jacuzzi. I could not help but spending every single afternoon there, as the experience is just unmatched. I will add pictures so you guys can see for yourself. Hotel restaurant has a Michelin recognition and I have heard from other guests that dinners were delicious, although I haven’t tried them myself. As for the breakfast, the choices varied from a choice of ham and cheeses (I personally don’t eat ham so can’t comment on the quality of it), homemade yogurt (yum), a variety of fruits, homemade jams, French pastries and egg (only boiled option). The best part about the hotel is staff. Everyone, including the owners, would go out of their way to cater to your needs whatever they are. I would like to personally thank Carolyne for always being there to answer my questions and concerns. She is bilingual and since I don’t speak much French, this factor was very important for me. I stayed in a single room with a bathtub and a balcony, overlooking the slopes. If I were to pick a view, I’d probably go for the pool view, as it just has a wider angle of the alps. Note that there is no mini fridge in the room, so if you’d like to buy cheese for example, ask the staff to put it in the hotel fridge. I would recommend this hotel to solo travelers like me, as well, as to the couples and families. I’m winter it offers ski in/ski out, which saves lots of time and energy.

The residence is located in Les 2 Alpes, at the foot of the ski slopes and ski-lifts. The residence has two cottages with 28 apartments in total for 2-8 people. Les 2 Alpes is a ‘unique’ landscape in lush alpine meadows surrounded by high peaks at the heart of Oisans and Ecrins massifs.
This company didn’t return my deposit of €300 without giving a reason and refuse to respond to any contact I have tried to make. I do NOT recommend this company, avoid them if you can! I was here for the Rise Festival and this seems to be the way they are trying to make money, exploiting young students. Very disappointed.

Hôtel Le Provençal is a family-owned mountain-style hotel, ideally located in the heart of the charming ski resort Les Deux Alpes, surrounded on all sides by breathtaking views of the snowy peaks of the Alps. Overlooking Avenue de la Muzelle, our hotel is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, cafés, pubs, shops, as well as an ice rink and swimming pool. We offer accommodation in rooms for 2,3,4 and 6 people, which makes us the ideal choice for a family ski holiday. I booked this hotel in March 2020 for a group of 4 of us that were heading to the Mountain of Hell bike race in Deux Alpes. Because of the uncertainty surrounding Covid I booked a rate that could be cancelled for a full refund. The hotel never sent me a booking confirmation but I had the sense to take a screenshot of the booking when it was confirmed on screen. Just as well I did because I never received a confirmation e mail, not to my inbox, junk mail or anywhere else. So in April when the race was eventually cancelled I called the hotel to cancel my booking. Just an answerphone so I guessed they must have closed due to the Covid lockdown. So I e mailed them to confirm our cancellation - again nothing. At least 2 more phone calls and another e mail yielded no response from them whatsoever. So I contacted my credit card company. After a long wait and several pieces of communication I finally received a refund from my credit card company saying it was provisional on the basis that the hotel did not dispute the refund. The hotel have now disputed the refund and I've been debited over £450 for the booking. The hotel have now miraculously produced a booking confirmation which states that the booking was non-cancellable. Now I might be thinking that maybe I clicked on the wrong button when I made this booking, or picked the wrong rate. But myself and my brother in law chose the hotel and the rate together and are both 100% sure that this booking was made on a 60 day cancellation policy. I'm about to take this up with my bank again but I consider the ethics of the hotel totally unfair in this instance. Half of me thinks the failure to send a booking confirmation was deliberate on the part of the hotel so they could claim the room was non-refundable and keep our cash. Not happy. Not happy at all. I certainly won't be booking with the again and if you value your hard earned cash I'd very much suggest you look elsewhere.

We had a fabulous weeks ski holiday. Great end of season snow and sunshine. The hotel was well located and a very easy walk into town. The shuttle service provided was brilliant. The room was clean and comfortable with amazing views ( we stayed in the duplex suite room 410) The food was delicious and a great choice of drinks on the all inclusive menu. Our girls loved the pool. ( it was a little on the chilly side for me ) We stayed all inclusive which was great for us as a family we were asked at breakfast each morning if we would be returning for lunch or if we would like meal vouchers for the pano bar. We did both pano bar was lots of fun. The food was good and from about 3pm the party vibe was just what our teenagers wanted.
