Rang to order a take away and advised it would be an hour to an hour and twenty minutes, called up after an hour and a half to be told it would be another 20 minutes.Another 30 minutes passed and still no food called again and manager explained they were busy and would be another 30 minutes.At this stage it was beyond a joke and the kids where starving so cut our losses and told them to cancel the order.After reading other Google reviews I see this is not an isolated incident.

I approached the waitor about a vegan meal and he surgest a salad and the minestrone soup which can be made without cheese.After eating the soup, I discover cheese clinging to the spoon. Very unsatisfying.The salad was small and mediocre at best and wasn't worth the 16 euros he forgot to mention. Dear Darkensdiablos, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.Please allow me to sincerely apologize for the inconveniences.We have already taken the appropriate actions and started investigations to make sure these points will not reoccur in the future.Sincerely, the Food&Beverage Department.

This place, located at the local shopping gallery, is perfect for a fast stop when you are hungry and don't have too much time to wait, especially if you are coming with children.Menu is a mix of pizzas, pastas and meat, all being served fast and in an efficient way. No sooner than we had arrived, in spite the place being full to capacity, we were ushered to our table within five minutes of arrival. The food followed-up shortly. A tasty pizza for me and an excellent fettuccine aux legume for my partner. In its category, definitely a very good place, both food-wise and value for money.Thank you sir for your friendly answer and it was a plaisir to see you again .

Dropped in for evening meal. Pizzas are great. Staff very very friendly and the whole place had a happy holiday vibe. I didnât get a dessert myself but my child had 2 scoops of ice cream (caramel and blueberry) and they were magic. Good night and do recommend.

Weâve been here in the past and it was always overpriced but....okay, however itâs seems to have gone even more downhill since then. Rude table service by one member of staff, the vegetarian pizza had hardly any veg on it, which clearly had been catapulted onto the pizza from across the far side of the kitchen. 2 glasses of red wine at â¬8.90 per glass which looked and tasted like watered down bottom-shelf wine that had been siphoned off a spittoon after a wine tasting session, and only a 10ml measure at that. We complained to the waiter who just shrugged his shoulders and waltzed off. Donât go. Rip-off central!!

Fantastic selection of dishes from a range of cuisines.Gambas wok and salmon spring rolls especially delicious.Slightly overpriced but what youâd expect for the area - no different to other restaurants and probably a better quality. Nice ambience.Waitresses were on the whole good, one was especially helpful and friendly, let down by one waiter who was actually rude on more than one occasion, tutting when we asked for milk with the coffee (which we had specified on ordering it).Despite this, we will be going back.Dear guest,Thank you so much for your very good review about your experience in our restaurant.We are so happy to see that you have noted the wide choice of dishes and specially our specialities cooked by our Japanese Chef.You have also enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant and the kind service from our waitresses.We would like to apologize for the behavior of the waiter.
