Rang to order a take away and advised it would be an hour to an hour and twenty minutes, called up after an hour and a half to be told it would be another 20 minutes.Another 30 minutes passed and still no food called again and manager explained they were busy and would be another 30 minutes.At this stage it was beyond a joke and the kids where starving so cut our losses and told them to cancel the order.After reading other Google reviews I see this is not an isolated incident.

Right on the piste so really easy to get to. Great service (friendly and quick) and absolutely great prices (relatively speaking). Maxi hot chocolate was great. Good seats to sit on and watch the world go by before venturing out again.

Really nice restaurant at the top of "La mass". The restaurant is divided in two areas "real restaurant" with waiters and nice cutlery and plates and "self service". In "self service" you can buy some standardised dishes which are cooked in the same kitchen as the dishes in the restaurant.In general I can say food is really good, restaurant is clean and nice, staff is friendly and the facilities are clean and nicely designed. The most spectacular thing in this restaurant are the views and the location.Thank's a million. we try and do the best to make this place an exceptional restaurant.

This place serves good burgers, pizza, panini's etc to eat on the go. It doesn't have seating but serves from a hatch at the counter. Good food at a reasonable price (this is the French Alps!) If you're looking for a posh restaurant go elsewhere but if you want a decent snack to keep you going whilst skiing you won't be disappointed.

I was surprised to find this place in Val Thorens. They offer a nice alternative to the existing offer in the resort with organic food (including Fondue) and drinks, a choice of veggie and vegan food. On top of that, the staff is nice and friendly.Many thanks for your support.See you next winter :)

Went here for a quick lunch with friends, had tyhe Tom Yum soup and the egg noodles with chicken and teriyaki.Both really well done with good flavours and didn't take long at all.I'd suggest paying by cash if you can as the card machine can be a little hit and miss.Happy friendly staff.
