My catfish meal was delicious last night. Cicero's also has wonderful tamales. I always get a side of their delicious homemade slaw which they make daily. (Wish they offered real butter for the bread in place of the whipped vegetable spread.). Service is attentive and friendly. I'll go back.

We stumbled into the Coffee Shop after visiting Kermit's birthplace. Lunch buffet had already been put away but the owner, a very nice local lady, brought everything out for us. We ate many homemade sandwiches, delicious chicken soup and her homemade carrot and green salads. Loved her Sun Tea also. If you are in Leland--we recommend it! Great lunch--great service--good value.

Stopped by with friend's for a mid morning treat. Great selection and fast service. The doughnuts were fresh and really really good. Definitely a treat when you are in Greenville and get a sweettooth.

A wonderful family fun restaurant with AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Cuco and Maria are the owners and every patron is immediately welcomed as a part of the family. I love that I am able to see the cooks whip up my food as oppose to some other Mexican restaurants that microwaves food sent back from another diner and serve as your own. You will never go wrong at La Sierrita!

I've have the privilege of eating here about once a year for a long time. My aunt and uncle are regulars, so they take me every time I visit. The limited menu allows them to do everything to perfection. Tonight was the best meal I've ever had at Doe's. We had tamales and fried shrimp appetizers, both were fantastic. Our steaks were tender on the inside, and crispy on the outside, perfectly seasoned. Tonight the fries were mostly crisp, which I love. Their salad is one of my favorite things in this restaurant. My mouth starts to water soon as I walk through the kitchen and see the giant salad bowl full of goodness about to be tossed. This is the kind of place John Grisham writes about. It should be on the bucket list of every foodie on the plante.

What a fun night I had at this little small town eatery. The building and grounds could use a bit of a facelift, but I enjoyed the live music. I had veal parmigiana, and sampled spinach lasagna and eggplant parm, which were even better than the veal. The wine selection was small, but more extensive than I imagined. They had Chianti classico, to my surprise, which is a big step up from regular chianti. The bread is pre-bought Texas toast that's not toasted. I couldn't really find any reason to eat more than one bite. That said, I enjoyed my food, wine, and the entertainment

Locally Owned Neighborhood Restaurant Serving The Mississippi Delta Since 1947.
Had a great dinner a week ago with friends, decided to get me some catfish takeout. Knowing full well I couldnt eat it all (3 big fillets) and I would have some COLD CATFISH to enjoy at a later time. I wanted to take a picture of the salad (house italian), but I was so hungry all I got was the empty container. The other picture of the to-go fillets I waited just a little. And for desert I saved the roll, put some of that honey butter they give you and felt like a full pig ready for a nap.

What makes a good experience in a restaurant? Good food? This place has that. Atmosphere? This place has that. Price reasonable? This place has that. Good staff? Seems to have that too. But timing? Not so much. Good start, with the 4 of us ordering some fired pickles. Waitress turned in order and came back for drink order. Moving along got the crunchy pickles (good) and chit chatted while we waited on our orders. 3 catfish platters, with salads, and me with a Chili Slaw Hamburger. Knocked out the pickles and here comes the salads. Perfect timing....Not...because here come the catfish also. Now what to do? Eat the salad and let the catfish get cold? Or go ahead and start on the catfish while its hot? You DONT serve the salad then immediately serve the main course!!! No timing. So only average review...need to work on that.

The decor is old and very outdated but if you can get past that the food is great! I recommend the house salad (very olive-y with the option of anchovies) and the chicken parmesan. The chicken is thin and fried perfectly and their red sauce is delicious. I always get it with their homemade french fries pilled on top. Their spaghetti and meatballs are also wonderful and if you like lemon their shrimp supreme is also good. They offer a large and small portion of most items. If you get the large go ahead and get a to-go box! Their prices are also very reasonable.

The tamales were not what was expected, but they were good. You can purchase chips, sodas, chili, fried tamales, and other small items. There is seating outside. The staff was friendly and Hot Tamale Heaven is open during the daytime.
