The Ladakh capital city of Leh lies near the eastern parts of Jammu and Kashmir, on the crossroads of the historic "Silk Route" from Sinkiang to West Asia and to the plains of India. The humbling monasteries of Shey, Hemis, Alchi, Thikse and Lamayuru will nurture your spiritual needs, and the landscape of Leh provides for a number of adventure activities including mountaineering, white-water rafting and trekking along the Markha Valley.

Comfortable stay. Rooms are decent sized. Very cordial and helpful staff and great views. Also 10 mins walk to main market. Food is okayish as in most guest houses in Ladakh. But option to a-la-carte for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good wifi connectivity as well.

Located in upper part of Leh, upper tukcha on zangsti road. we are Approximately 3 kilometers from the Leh Airport, and 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Leh Main Market. Amidst natural surroundings, Mangyul Guest House offers 10 well-furnished, spacious standard rooms, with a picturesque Stok Mountain range view. All the rooms are equipped with basic facilities and Wi-fi connection and atta
The start of Leh Ladakh trip started with this terrible Stay at this hotel cum lodge. No service, no one to cater to or service or at the counter. The staff members are 2 kids- undeaged who are responsible to manage the entire operations. A 1 start property with zero to no basic amenities + no food options (the staff literally said that only Omlette is available for breakfast and nothing else will be offered; when argued - they made grill sandwiches for us) Overall 1 star as 0 wasn't an option

We offer clean comfortable accommodation set around the lovely courtyard full of flowers and fruit trees. Rooms with attached or common baths and dormitories are available. When you are staying with us we will serve you three vegetarian meals and evening tea, and you will also have access to daily guided meditation, instruction in yoga, the library with books and videos on Buddhist philosophy. etc.
Overall, the place is above average in terms of facilities and hospitality. The owner did help us plan trips and with other things which was good. The amenitites that are provided are minimal. The rooms itself could be cleaner. No signs on how to get to the place. Food is a rip off. Not worth the RCI tag at all.

Worst experience! Spoiled my tour!! I booked this hotel through Oyo rooms. Me and My wife checked into this hotel on 23Sep midnight around 11.55PM(we were late as we stuck beacuse of snowfall on our way) When we checked in into our room there are 4-5 boys having alcohol and cigarettes in open lobby area and our room was just attached to lobby. We avoided this part and moved to hotel room. Once we entered into the room it was all smell of smoke. However we ignored this part as we came to hotel after long tiring day. Now the problem starts when we saw the blankets which was so thin that we could never survive in a chilling weather of leh ladakh. I requested their owner named Azgar(name provided by him) for blankets then he started arguing with me that what do you expect in 1400Rs room. I constantly insisted him and tried to make him understand but he started shouting at me saying If you want to stay stay else leave the hotel and forcefully shut the door in front of me. I was helpless as the time was around 1am and leaving the hotel at this time with wife was not a good option. Somehow me and my wife stayed there without having a sleep. The issue doesn't end up here, in morning there was no light in hotel, no geyger for hot water. As the temp was 4-5 degree in Leh I asked owner to provide me hot water bucket for our morning basic need but he denied. When I asked him that I will complain of your hotel then he said do whatever you want to do and theaten me. He disrespectfully said us to leave the hotel. I would strongly suggest not to opt for this hotel if you want to make your trip memorable. Rest is on you!!!! Thank you!!!

Enjoying an idyllic location of Korzok village along the bank of Tsomoriri lake, ours is a unique property run and owned by a local family offering charming accommodation in fully furnished clean rooms with a relaxed and friendly vibe, guests can expect quite and serene times in the surrounding area and simple but delicious healthy food.
My family chose to stay with them and owner chose to not honor the reservation at the last minute! He gave a 1 month back confirmed booking to someone else for more money without even informing in advance, that too when the booking advance was already paid!! Big time cheater!! Dont ever book with them!! Staff is good without any doubt, but dont believe on the owner of this accommodation!! They ruined a good going vacation and left family stranded in the middle of no where! Finally after grilling for hours, they finally gave a filthy room to stay - worser than any camp in Tso Moriri infact!

Nezer View Home Stay, situated in the heart of Leh town, just ten minutes walk from the Leh Bazaar. The Guest house is surrounded by Snow capped mountain ranges, which is visible from every window of your room towards the South the mighty Stok ranges (6145 meters); North the highest motorable road Khardongla (18380 feet). The highlight of the Home Stay ,is that it is run by the local family, you have the advantage of experiencing the insight of a local Ladakhi family. All the meals are served in the local kitchen, cooked by the family or if you wish service can be extended to your request too. nicely designed restaurant, coffee shop and a well stocked library, the Home Stay became a favorite place to stay for Diplomats, foreign journalists, Adventure travels and Film Makers all across the world.
It was a wonderful experience staying at Nezer with my family and friends. This property is tastefully designed and decorated by owner with all the latest amenities that, we expect for a comfortable stay during any vacation, starting from solar wall lights, neat flooring, beautiful carpets, library, comfortable and cozy rooms, spacious washroom with central heating etc. Thing I liked the most is traditional sitting dinning arrangement and Terrace garden with modern style outdoor swing. We spent first day acclimatizing period sitting in open terrace enjoying sunny day leisurely. Hotel is only 15 mins drive from airport. It is approx. 50 m off the road and need to carry luggage through narrow lane. Anyhow, we were greeted with big smile and a perfect hot coffee on arrival. Service is prompt and impressive. Breakfast is simple, homely and well cooked but expect to add more variety and options in future. Dinner is scrumptious, decent and palatable. We appreciate that they included sweet-dish after our request. It is worth mentioning here that we booked only two rooms but owner provided complementary room for children. On last day bonfire and music is arranged to make it more eventful, we all danced and had gala time with other guests. Overall fantastic stay with full satisfaction.
