Amazing, personal service from Lauren and her team. Extremely clean, well decorated rooms with some amazing views of Leeds from the rooms and Hot Tubs, especially on the roof top. Facilities are spot on, unique and premium. Didn’t want to leave the shower it was that good. The rooms are full of personalised touches and you’ll leave this beautiful place feeling revitalised and like a new person! One of the best hotel stays we’ve had to this date and our dog loved it too. We’d live here if we could

Honestly the most cosiest room and sleep I’ve had in a long time. The room lets off very homely vibes with the dark interior and the moodlights. I didn’t even get out of bed on both days till 2pm in the afternoon!! ?? The noise did not bother me at all and I actually booked on a bank holiday and the fact it was that cosy I slept like a baby, and it also wasn’t even that loud. And to be fair the music stopped at 2 in the morning which was early for a bank holiday. The balcony was a cute touch!!!! Every time I needed a little dance I’d go to the balcony haha. The only down fall is not having a kitchen, microwave etc, but I guess you can’t have it all lol. 10/10 for me otherwise and will definitely be returning! Tried actually booking for the some days this month which is my birthday, gutted its fully booked.

We booked rooms for ourselves and both sets of parents for the night before and after our wedding. Due to the uncertainty of Covid and the logistics of planning a wedding amidst a global pandemic, we had multiple changes in plans and a number of special requests. Huge thanks to Manager John and Head Housekeeper Terrie who could not do more to accommodate us, and everything was absolutely perfect during our stay and we had the best time. Thanks a lot!

We stayed at Harman suites one night for Leeds festival, the room is very small but homely. It fits two people, a bit snug but it was adequate for our needs. Everything is spoptlessly clean and Mrs Singh is very welcoming and hospitable, lovely lady. She gave us sweets on arrival and showed us where everything was, assuring us that she was close by should we need anything. The room is well equipped with everything that you might need for a short stay, with cooking facilities a fridge and even a washing machine. It could probably do with updating a little but that didn't detract from anything at all. Lovely, quiet residential area, a short cab journey to the city centre.

I booked a stay at Shaftesbury Apartments in Leeds on the 03/09/2021 and on the day of arrival at 7pm the owner told me via text that the booking was cancelled because a guest earlier that week tested positive for covid. Apart from the fact he hadn't told me in advance which left me searching for accommodation that night he also neglected to tell lastminute.com he had cancelled the booking and will not reply to them so I am currently in dispute with lastminute.com over getting a refund and having to seek legal help. I cannot recommend enough that you do not book through these people they are awful.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We had 3 apartments booked here for 14 guests and 2 days before our stay we received a text saying they were cancelled. Numerous phone calls and texts later (most of which were ignored) we were finally told that one apartment was fine but the other two were cancelled as people were having to isolate with covid in them. We understand that these situations can happen however the response from the owner after this was what was appalling. Our party was therefore split in half as we couldn’t find anywhere else free for all 14 guests with such short notice and we didn’t received the refund back to be able to book somewhere else for a long time. The actual apartment was ok but wasn’t cleaned to a good standard at all with mould in the shower, overflowing bins right outside and an awful smell in the fridge so we had to clean around ourselves on arrival. The people next door were smoking weed throughout our stay so the smell from that wasn’t exactly pleasant either. The owner said people had covid and were isolating - yet new guests walked into the same apartment the next day which doesn’t make sense if they were isolating. We tried messaging the owner afterwards to explain our disappointment and stress however he was extremely rude with his response. He has also marked our stay as a ‘no show’ on booking.com so that we can’t leave a review there - the signs of someone who has done this plenty of times before! We wanted some sort of understanding from the owner but he has been nothing but rude. Please avoid!

BRAND NEW Luxury Apartment just 3-mins from First Direct Arena, 5-mins walk (0.1 mi) to Leeds St. James Hospital & 5-mins to L.G.I Boasting high-end furnishing and goods, this apartment is perfect for professionals looking for both long-term & short-term stays.
Despite the owner being polite at first he ignored my message after informing him my girlfriend grazing past the radiator leaving second degree burns and no warning this could easily have been a hospitalised child. My girlfriend has slept sleeplessly and they have offered no compensation for my troubles. They informed me it was set at 28* degrees however it was at that level when I checked in and turned on heating as didn’t really assume it could cook the skin off someone by grazing past it. It completely ruined our stay and my girlfriend can’t even sit down with her back side covered in blisters as if she sat on a grill.
