Dont stay here

8 nights of bad experience. Day 1 i have asked for mugs and till check out i did not get them, i have asked for the floor to be well cleaned as my feet were turning black when i walk in the room. Electricity disconnects daily and water as it works on pumping. Highly priced for the service provided. Rooms needs renovation, curtains very old, rusty bathrooms, showers with no doors, 3 days room service did not visit my room. Complimentary water bottles twice in 8 nights. No safe in the room, empty mini bar. No view, no service, no electricity, highly priced The excuse for all this was “we are fully booked” they have 1 iron for the whole boutique that is not even working well. They did not care much as they are fully booked and getting paid…

Lovely modern and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Just a short cheap Uber away from the centre of the town. Loved the great cooked breakfasts and the incredible rooftop pool area. We missed the movie screening night but would have loved to have gone. Would definitely recommend!

An absolute slice of heaven!

Reviewed By 876amalh

This is the third time I stay at Bkerzay and it is still one of my favourite places for resting, relaxing and enjoying great food and scenery. My husband and I stayed for the night and during the day hosted lunch for our friends. The food was delicious - and also super friendly for kids. I cannot recommend this place more highly. It's a slice of heaven in the Mediterranean. Don't miss it (and make sure to order the pumpkin kibbe).

Bouyouti

bouyouti is an adults-only escape nestled amidst the lush green mountains in Maaser Beiteddine, Chouf, Lebanon. It is attended to by its owners, the Bazerji family, who have opened the doors of their ancestral home to travelers from all around the world. Born and raised in Lebanon, the Bazerji's reside in the same domain to ensure that guests are given the best level of service without disturbing their desired level of privacy. Combining the beauty of its ample spaces with a warm atmosphere, bouyouti gives you the opportunity to spend a weekend or a night in a peaceful setting. Twelve rustic guesthouses are dispersed within spacious and well-maintained landscapes; you will be mesmerized from the moment the doors open for you, as you are greeted by seemingly endless stretches of seasonal colors. Within this ambiance, couples young and old can breathe fresh air, captivate the tranquility of the mountains, and enjoy the comfort of being guests in their own home.

Amazing unforgettable

Amazing stay all around. The road to bouyouti is beautiful and very easy to get to. Inside the domain, the stone road downhill to the houses is beautiful. We arrived at check in and everything was ready and very clean. We booked the mountain top house which was a bit far from the restaurant, we knew that and were very fine with it but on arrival we were told we got upgraded to a beautiful wooden valley house right in the middle of bouyouti. The house was amazing, very rustic, cozy and well made. The little decorations inside are beautiful, with big windows all around to see the beautiful scenery outside. With an outdoor place to sit at the entrance. I also want to emphasize the cleanliness of this place. The very nice lady informed us about everything we needed to know and was very kind, welcoming and professional as everyone we’ve met there, reception was incredibly helpful in every way. They helped start a fire in the traditional wood burner, they asked us what time we wanna have our breakfast delivered to the house and were very punctual. I can’t say enough about the breakfast, it’s delicious and fresh and adds to the overall beautiful experience there. We tried the cat and mouth food prepared by the in house restaurant and it was insane how good it was. The staff helped us with everything, we were lucky because it was their last day before they closed for the rest of winter. Their signature truffle pasta is to die for. Management were very understanding because I had an issue with my booking and had to postpone it by a day. I thank them again! Overall this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had in Lebanon or outside. It’s places like these that are true gems in our country. I’d stay there again without a doubt.

Everything about this place is gorgeous, from the location and the surrounding nature, to the rooms, food, staff and cleanliness. If you are looking to escape the city and disconnect in nature where you find your comfort, Laklouk Village Vacances is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience

Reviewed By katerynatroino

I stayed 3 nights in Three Hearts Lodge and I'm so glad I decided to do so. The hospitality level was impressive. The room was clean, with all necessary available. There was water and traditional Lebanese cookies (made a Sesobel) offered as a compliment. Staff was very attentive, polite as well as they served very delicious and generous breakfast. At the end of my stay I visited the Sesobel shop where I got amazing cookies, chocolates and jam produced by Sesobel. It was such a positive experience! The one when you do not just stay at the hotel in a foreign country, but also support a bigger cause.
