Sure, Vatican City is tiny—110 acres—but it houses the world's largest Catholic church (St. Peter's Basilica) and has perhaps the best collection of artistic masterpieces in the world (the Sistine Chapel, Michelangelo's Pieta, the Laocoon Group, etc.). And maybe only 800 people live here, but one of them's the Pope. It's a pretty good argument for quality over quantity.

Raw Food Gourmet Cousine. ONLY RAW FOOD. Vegan, fish, meat and dessert specialties. Welcoming and elegant contest with only tables for 2/4 persons each. Tea room, cocktails, gourmet raw food dinner.
Really delicious food, cooked with care and creativity. The service is informal and friendly and the food was a delight. The street is uninspiring and the decor a bit clumsy but there is no doubt about the commitment to a challenging principle. I had a fully vegetarian meal and it was refreshing to be offered food with complex, subtle flavours prepared with finesse. My guest had the duck and was very happy. My lemon mouse with a lavender foam and a basil sauce was sublime. We were asked if we wanted to order our dessert early because they take time to prepare. I'm glad I did. Don't miss it! This restaurant is well worth a visit and I will be going back.

Went on recommendation of hotel consierge. He said it was seafood restaurant - but assumed we could order other items. Menu in 100% Italian and waiter spoke not enough english to help. He was very solicitous - but told us that they did not have an American/English menu. Food almost exclusively raw. If you like that - and speak Italian to know what you are ordering - you are in better shape then us tonight.Insanely overpriced - for what we knew we were ordering let alone what they prepared for us.

We were craving a more continental breakfast /brunch (difficult to find in Italy!) and found this great place close to our apartment. Everything we tried was super tasty, especially the bagel with salmon and the shakes. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Gregorio (I may have the name wrong)People have commented that prices are on the expensive side but then again hardly any places like this. We would definitely go there if in Rome again!

Itâs a great new restaurant with a young team. The chef has some great ideas and the entire team is committed to quality. We did the tasting menu and had a great experience.
