Popped in for a snack after a long tour of The Vatican. Only had a Lasagna but it was the best one I had the whole time we were in Rome.

Borgo 139 is a small laboratory of Italian gastronomy, Mediterranean cuisine prepared by Italians according to our tradition. We offer a wide range of express sandwiches, with fresh, top quality and strictly Italian ingredients. The bread, fragrant and al
Itâs a perfect place for the people who like tasty sandwiches with fresh ingredients cooked fast. To be well satisfied be sure that your wishes are transferred to the barman before you got the order;) we came here on the October 17-th, 2019 expecting itâs a fastfood and was not disappointed! It was the best panini ever (Parma and Modena, coka cola and beer - â¬14 in total for two persons). The barman was very positive and friendly, he take care of you needs cooking from the heart and his please keeping it clean. At the end weâve got a compliment from the barman and I would say that it is one of the thing needs to be tasted. Do not listen feedbacks from the people who visited this place thinking itâs a restaurant and was disappointed! I recommend.

Went to the market at Testaccio, heard it was a great farmers market. It was really nice if we had space in our hotel to store all the meat and veggies, that were available. Many stalls serve food, one is this Casa manco. The pizza was selling so fast we end up with sun dried tomatoes, and the other was anchovies with squashing blossoms. The anchovy one just too strong for us.But the crust is so great.

Hostaria con cucina tipica romana e sfiziosità senza allontanarsi troppo dai sapori base e tradizionali.
Hidden in an alley off the beaten path (but super close to the metro) Armando occupies the site of an early 19th-century Osteria that has pretty much been serving food and wine ever since (though under different ownerships and incarnations). Armando updated the historical venue with taste and designed the menu with plenty of references to the traditional Roman cuisine. Many osteria dishes are present, though reinvented and enlightened. Contemporary dishes and new creations are the most interesting, and all of them are enough to allow a small group to eat them as tapas in lieu of a multiple-course meal. The wine list needs work and we hope it will be fully redesigned in consultation with an expert, external eye. Hence four stars rather than five. CordialmenteArmando

Heard about Pane & Salame from friends who visited there previously and it definitely did not disappoint. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to open up but we had the option of ordering at the counter if we wanted. We waited for a table and it was well worth it! We ordered a mixed board, 2 incredible sandwiches, water, and wine for lunch. Probably the best sandwich I have ever eaten! What I appreciated most was how everyone that worked there worked together as a team to ensure every consumer had a great experience. Would definitely recommend and well worth the wait for a table if you want to sit. Very cute decor inside as well.

PanDivino - Street Food is in the historic center of Rome, close to Piazza Navona and Campo deâ Fiori. We offer daily: panini, focaccia, wraps, salads, mixed boards of homemade salamis, cheeses, veggies in olive oil, sauces and chutneys (from the Abruzzo
Had lunch here several times over the last couple of years. Worth the little walk from Piazza Navona - also the site where Julius Caesar was killed is just five minutes down the road (now a stray cat sanctuary). The food here is amazing and homemade by the owner. You can really see the love and attention he puts into every dish and customer. Highly recommend and even better the locals are always in so you know youâre getting the real Italian experience!

We enjoyed Pizza e Mozzarella 2x during our trip. We picked up and brought our pizza back to the apartment we rented. Pizza was awesome. Ingredients fresh and interesting. Service fast and friendly!

The food here was delicious - itâs quite a limited menu, but the food is still really good! Thereâs a lovely relaxed vibe here, and the ambience/atmosphere of the restaurant makes it an enjoyable evening! Also, I havenât been anywhere yet with such a wide section of red wines - so if you enjoy a glass of red I would definitely recommend. The waiting staff were also attentive and helpful when we had questions about the menu. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Rome!

A multi-ethnic restaurant, with many possibilities and various kind of kitchens and food. Very crowded and very well organized, it is like a food factory chain. The quality of food can't be excellent therefore, but nonetheless it is tasty and well cooked. Special place, very kind personnel. In the rainy days the floor is quite slippery: watch out!. The formula is "all you can eat", but you have to pay for any beverage, considered as an extra. If you have a normal sized stomach, it is a bit expensive (more than 16 euro per person).
