Manolo is a legend and he is super helpful with recommendations, information on the ruta dos faros, taxis, restaurants, etc… Sure to be back next year. Laxe in general is beautiful and good for staying 2 nights during the hike and going back and forth with taxis

The hotel Playa de Laxe, in Costa da Morte ( Cost of the dead)opened in June of 2005, is located right on the shoreline. 30 rooms, with all the accommodations and comfort that come with a recently-built hotel: double rooms with full bathrooms, satellite television,air conditioning, internet wifi in all the hotel, computer free in the hall, minibar, hair- dryer, and individual safes. Our bar, garage and elevator are also at your disposal. its a familiar hotel, with a lot posibilities to book for familys.
Lovely friendly hotel in excellent location
Reviewed By juliesims2018I stayed here with a group while walking the Costa de la Muerte hiking trail. The hotel is very clean,modern, the room was large, airy, and had an air conditioning unit that also operated as a heater, if required. The room was beautifully decorated with a large comfortable bed, and a large bathroom, The location is perfect, I had a fantastic sea view, and was the perfect relaxation place after a hard days walking. The hotel was a pleasant place for a pre-dinner drink, which was put on the room tab, however, when I came to pay, the tab hadn't actually been added to, so make sure to either pay when drinking, or remember how many drinks you have had, the same goes for the mini-bar, although replenished daily, no log of what had been taken was kept, very trusting management! The included breakfast was really good with a large variety of breakfast options on offer, including delicious little raisin whirls and refreshing melon.

Reviewed By Lúcia SThe apartment in VIDA Mar de Laxe was very clean and comfortable. The view from our windows was breathtaking -we could see the relaxing blue water, the white sand and the coastal area. Cristina, from the front desk, was friendly and offered us support and guidance. Laxe offers lots of nature attractions that we loved visiting: the Playa de Laxa, Playa de los Cristales, Laxe Lighthouse. We also went to Santiago de Compostela and La Coruna.

Reviewed By 245olegvIt’s a perfect rural hotel five minutes away from center of Laxe or different beaches. The best of this hotel is a garden, which is totally can be explained as a botanic garden. Yes, you will stay within beautiful nature, with impressive view over landscape and ocean. The breakfast is very representative for local cousin, the service is perfect, the staff is well prepared and will meet all your requirements and wishes.

Perfect short stay
Reviewed By Alex GWe stayed here for one night and arrived late because we got lost a bit. Luckily the owners of the house helped us by phone even though it was late. The house is located outside the village Laxe in a quiet region. The have several rooms and some apartments which you can rent. We stayed in a room which was complete with all the requirements. In the morning they prepared us a free buffet breakfast in a really nice and cozy room. We really hope to come back some time for a longer time.
