My husband and I have been extremely pleased with food and service from The Silver Spoon until this visit. We arrived fairly early in the evening to have an early dinner. The restaurant looked to be about 30% occupied. There were multiple staff on the floor. After several minutes of waiting, an employee walked over and asked us, and the other family waiting if we had reservations. We both replied no. She said she would find someone to seat us. Again we waited, this time, about 10 additional minutes, when another employee came by, asking again if we had reservations. This time there were 3 parties waiting. We again replied no. He left us standing there and walked away.
Once again we waited another 10 or so minutes. The other family left. But several other parties had crowded in the restaurant entry. Finally, a lady who appeared to be a manager came over and asked once again is we had reservations. Each party answered no.
She replied that it would be at least 15 more minutes before she could seat any of us since all of their tables were reserved. This absolutely made no sense, since 70% of the tables were vacant, and by this time we had waited almost 30 minutes.
Needless to say, we and most of the parties who were waiting left and found other dining options. To summarize, past visits were excellent both for food and service. In my opinion, to stand in plain view of the staff, and to be asked three times by three different staff members, who obviously don't communicate with each other, if we had reservations, to note that only one party arrived with reservations while a large group of parties without reservations waited was not acceptable.
We were treated with disrespect, and largely ignored. If you plan to visit, please make reservations. If any employee of The Silver Spoon reads this review, please consider posting on advertisements, and on your restaurant entry that reservations are required. I travel for a living, and frequently provide reviews for Trip Advisor, and this is the only negative review I've ever written.
I would also strongly advise you to invest in employee training, so employees are courteous, respectful and empathetic with customers. You should understand that it is an honor that a customer chooses to pay you to provide them with a quality dining experience. I'm very disappointed!

While traveling on business trip we stopped into Firo pizza. Make your own pizza or choose from their speciality pizza. Made and cooked to your order. We chose chicken Alfredo for one and chicken pesto for the other. Both great choices. We enjoyed fresh side salads too. We were too stuffed for gelato. Next time for sure.

Serving friend and family a delicious meal in your home is deeply embedded in Mexican culture. With that in mind, Ted Curtis, our founder, set out to create a welcoming restaurant inspired by that experience. We are rooted in serving the best Mexican food, made from the freshest premium-quality ingredients, served with unsurpassed hospitality. Since the first Ted's Café Escondido restaurant opened in 1991, we have stayed true to these founding principles, without compromise. At Ted's, you are not just a customer, but our guest. We strive to make each of our guests feel welcome and special. We are passionate about continuing to prepare our fresh delicious food daily, by hand. We are dedicated to serving you with humility and heart. Our goal is to exceed your expectations on each and every visit!
We stopped in for lunch and all loved our meals. The choices were plentiful. Our waiter, Larry, was great with the little kids and took good care of us. The complimentary chips, tortillas, sopapillas and queso and salsa were all fresh and good. The chicken fajita salad was so good. You can’t get shredded beef very often so this was nice to find on the menu. The chimichanga was done with just the right amount of crisp to make it top shelf.

Who knew a heart attack could bring me to Lawton, OK only to discover Backporch Draft House? Arriving in Lawton from Baltimore to see my father in the hospital, I was referred to Backporch by my brother, also in town from Dallas. The first night I enjoyed the Beer Can Chicken Cobb Salad, which was delicious. My sister had the Blackened Salmon Salad (which I had the next day after seeing hers.) In showing my mother heart healthy menu ideas, which we were delighted to find on the Backporch menu, we discovered several healthy options that included proteins and vegis. The draft beer selection is on my radar for my next visit home after the holidays. I've discovered my "new place" when I come back to SW Oklahoma. And my dad is fine, by the way, and probably anxious to try Backporch since it's all the family talked about in front of him as he ate his heart healthy diet of hospital meals.

This restaurant had a friendly, buzzing atmosphere. There were delicious salted whole peanuts on the table to nibble on. The service was very good, the fresh salad delicious and excellent steak and fries cooked to perfection.

We stayed at the Spring Hill Suites just across the parking lot from Mike's. We were in town for a BCT graduation and didn't really research restaurants. Luckily, Mike's was right next door and had fantastic food and service. We had three meals there in three days. The Philly Cheese steak sandwich was massive and incredibly good. It could easily be shared between two people... Prices were very reasonable and service was swift and friendly... The bar area has several craft beers on tap and there is a huge game room for the kids. If we are ever in Lawton again (please God, no!) we will definitely be back to Mike's!

Great food. Slow, slow service. Had to wait quote awhile for food and then had to wait to pay. Homey atmosphere. Floor had onion rings and other stuff on the floor. Had to ask waitress to wipe off the table.

The food is awesome and the service was even better! Four of us dined on "All you can eat Tuesday" It was delicious! The manager, Danny, kept checking on us and continuously brought out the ribs. We didn't have to ask for anything as he was there, almost like reading our minds. Each serving of ribs was falling off the bone tender and mouth watering delicious.

The food is always delicious and arrives quickly. The staff are usually fantastic (no place has 100% perfect staff; have been forgotten about by a waitress once & had to go to register without ticket, but normally their employees are very efficient). My favorite is their cold red sauce (except when the recent batch of jalapeños used to make the sauce were killer hot--then I need plenty of water!) Have to keep myself from stuffing myself with their thin, crispy chips so I'll have room for my main dish! Their beef quesadillas are excellent!

Cracker Barrel is a staple and mainstay of the traveling public, and I am no stranger to this restaurant. However, this visit to this property boggled my mind. We had no problem finding the restaurant, and were seated immediately. The server was a little harried. We had to remind him two or three times when we required something (like clean silverware or lemons). This trip was like no others. I ordered a main dish and it came with 3 sides. One of the sides I ordered was applesauce. For the first time ever, I was served applesauce out of a commercial container and not in a dish. Blew my mind. The meal was tasty. The service-meh. The applesauce? Well....
