Reviewed By Lady_EvelinNice hotel, very old fashioned, nice clean rooms, rates itself as 3 star but I would give it a 3 plus. Clean, good size bathroom, kettle, very comfy bed. We had a room overlooking the river Rein which was nice especially when we opened the windows. Two issues: one - they have a lovely outside terrace by the dining area right by the river but it's never open, we asked twice to have a drink there and it was denied twice on two separate occasions on two different days, two - rubbish opening hours for the restaurant. Ps. There is no lift so you have to drag a heavy suitcase up the narrow wooden stairs to the 3rd floor yourself.

Reviewed By debs7201Nice hotel however let down by very noisy outside catering business operated by owners that returned late at night to slam vehicle doors, unload pots and pans and clatter about in kitchen, dragging furniture about, talking loudly etc...... without regard for guests sleeping. Not very considerate.

Reviewed By Sig LAccommodations are ok. Room was clean but bed was very uncomfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was not good. Fries were cold when asked for extra crispy, the meat was not cooked properly either. Three people at our table had the same issue and we're dissatisfied. Service at restaurant was mediocre. Breakfast was great! The area is absolutely beautiful and that made up for the disappointment.

The view on the way is tremendous
Reviewed By NKonutganI went to have tea and coffee with friends. On the way you go passed a beautiful red-stoned church and sit and have cake and a drink in the mini castle. In the summer it would be a great place to sit outside.
