Very friendly, clean, and good service. We recommend the lemonade made with cane syrup a house speciality. My meat lasagna was excellent. We shared a salad which was enough for 2 people. My husband ordered the chicken and rice which he enjoyed. We definitely plan to go back.

Our tour group stopped here for lunch. We didn't order off the menu; we had preselected our meal choice from a separate list. We almost took every table in this small place. Our tables were ready with a small veggie salad and some chicken taquitos, which were very tasty. Everyone at our table had the paella with seafood. It was very tasty but we all agreed not the best we'd ever had. Service was fantastic by a woman that spoke perfect English...we learned she had gone to school in the US. There is only one bathroom that includes both toilet and urinal. They need to fix this and get a better door that fully closes. From my chair I could see men inside doing their business.

Restaurante Rincon Del Faro

Restaurante Rincón del Faro is known for more than the food. This place also has a swimming pool and beach access. There is a closed in dining room upstairs, an open patio dining area, dining by the poolside, and dining on the beach below the restaurant.
They charge a small fee to use the pool. Seeing how full the pool was I would say they could charge more. Several groups (families) showed up and then left because the pool was very full of frolicking swimmers playing something similar to pool volleyball.
Our daughter was disappointed in the service. She is not used to Panamanian service. You do not rush them and they do not rush you. But even our drinks did take a slightly extra long time today.
I always order the Pescado Frito (whole fried Covina fish) here. It is very good! My wife had Gaucho de Mariscos (seafood stew) which was “alright” (but she wished she would have ordered the fried fish too). Our daughter ordered Deditos de Pollo (chicken fingers) and was disappointed that they did not come with barbeque sauce.
The fresh made limonada was very refreshing. Just a little too sweet for us. Nicole ordered a Pina Colada. She must have liked it as she ordered a second one. They do not server tap water as the local water is a little salty. Bottled water is available.
My wife and I will return again. We love the relaxed atmosphere, the beautiful ocean view, refreshing breeze, and the fried fish…
Buen Provecho,

Body Living in Las Tablas, we eat here occasionally. It is an open air place that is very popular for dinner. My favorite here is the filet. Here in las Tablas, the presentation is different; it is sliced thinner and served with an excellent sauce. I find it very good. The menu is large and features a number of Italian selections. The problem is that many, of the items listed are not available on any given day. The items that we have been served have always been very good. Sometimes the service leaves a bit to be desired, but that is not uncommon here.

Have been here many times and have rarely had an issue. It is an open air restaurant with covered Seating in the main area, There is a garden are that surrounds this were there are also smaller tables. It also has an indoor private dinning area, but have never been in that part. There is also a small park for children with slides and swings etc. They have a covered parking area which helps keep your vehicle from becoming an oven while you are dining. The service is good but sometimes it is a bit slow and you may have to chase down someone. Not an unusual occurrence in Panama. It is one of the few restaurants with free high speed Wi Fi in Los Tablas. They open early for breakfast which only began a few weeks ago so haven't tried that out yet.
Has the best steak dinner in Las Tablas. served with choice of fries, yucca, patacones or rice. That has always been a favored choice. I have had their fried chicken many times but the last couple times it was a bit overcooked and a little on the dry side. I found the grilled fish (pescada a la plancha) to be a bit bland as there is no evident seasoning. They did have a selection of condiments and hot sauces to spice it up a bit. There was also an option of a creole or garlic versions of fish which I would try next time. It is a higher end option for dinning in Panama. Las Tablas is hot place on its best days and the restaurant can be quite warm if you go for lunch in the middle of the day. Much more comfortable after 17:00 when it starts to cool off.

Went to enjoy their lunch special-not good: cold, poor presentation. It foes not imclude desert neither. Very good service, attentive waitress. Went again a few days later for dinner: pretty good penne pasta with chorizo tableño. Ordered steamed veggies. Only half of the main dishes on the menu come with 1 side dish. Otherwise, if you want a salad with say pasta, must order it on the side. Side dishes show a reasonable price. My partner ordered chicken (1/2 a chicken was announced): very small but tasty and juicy. Serving/portion sizes are limited but it is that kind of restaurant. Very good service.

Have been to this place many times. It is a family owned and operated restaurant. Excellent selection of Italian food and always good quality and good service.
Much better pizza than Kasa 21 in my opinion
Great food at a fair price.
It is a bit hard to find the first time. Tucked in the corner of a stripmall on the road from Pedasi accross the street from the Delta gas station beside Super Carne.
