Dayang Bay Resort Langakwi is located at the heart of Kuah Town and with facilities for children ad family. It consists of 285 rooms various from Deluxe rooms (twin bedded with attached bathroom) and Studio Suites (comes with living room, kitchenette, dining room, balcony, 1 master bedroom with King bed, 2 bathrooms), sea view and normal view. Shopping center, F & B outlets and local arts and crafts are within 10 min away from the hotel.
The resort is near the most attractive view in Kuah. You can take your infinity sea view here. Overall the resort are clean and tidy and basic facilities such as pool table, ping pong table and playground is available and suitable for the kids to spend their wonderful time here.

Labu Labi Residence is a family business chalets run by our own family members. The residence has 19 units of chalets to choose from all offering sea view rooms. We are located on a private beach, and only 600m away from the famous Tanjung Rhu beach. We are far enough from crowds to enjoy the peacefulness of nature, but close enough to visit the city center (12km) by car or scooter.
Due to pandemic me and my family can’t enter in Malaysia. After many messages ms bibi promise me to give back money in november. It’s almost the end. Disappeared. Waiting for a refund. NO PROFESSIONAL!!!

Do not expect much other than greenery living, no other activities can be done in room as the rooms are meant strictly for a relaxed sleep. if you are top floor room, be careful while walking as the wood creeks can be heard every time as the place is pin drop silence

Nice, comfortable & quite location , Clean apartment , close to local restaurants & small grocery. Especial thanks to Noor Shakira (manager) she was nice, friendly & do what you requested her to do. I would reserve the same apartment if I visit Langkawi again.

This place is located about 3-4 km from the airport. It has swimming pool. The breakfast was not much choice but enough to fill your stomach. There are a few things that need some concerns from the management: 1) During check in, I saw some hairs in the bathroom. I have to clean it myself. 2) There were a lot of red ants in my room. On the wall, in the bathroom, and even on my bed. I got bitten by the ants during sleeping. I hope the management will take some actions on these matters for the benefit of the resort.

HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!! One of the dirties and poorly management hotel! this was probably the worst hotel I ever stayed !cleaning was worst and not even a basic toiletries were provided !!! It was nothing in the bathroom not even a toilet roll. Bedsheet with stains ,pillow case so smelly !

the location very strategic besides the staf are also helpful and friendly. It really suitable for those are looking for reasonable price and i have been looking for other place, its no same as this place. My room are clean and not as the other bad review. we are looking further from this accomodation next time if in langkawi

The units are newly renovated and it was a pleasant surprise as I had been to this resort a few years ago and it was in bad shape. This time around the rooms are very nice and comfortable and I really enjoy my stay at the resort.

We stayed in hotel Simfoni Resort, Langkavi in Dec,19 based on good recommendations by Agoda and reviews of previous guests. They claim that it is a 3 star hotel but this was found to be way below 3 star standard hotel. We were two families and booked two rooms at a very good rate. The rates were almost similar to a 5 star hotel rate in Penang where we stayed just one day before. There was no one to assist for luggage, The staff at front office was not good in talking and understanding English. When we entered in our room, the door spring (door closure) of one room almost fell on our head. It might came out from previous stay but they did not fix it (we were so shocked that we could not take picture of hanging door closure. Same was temporarily fixed by the staff). There were cob webs all around the room with live spider enjoying a 3 star hotel!! In another room also cob webs were all around, one room’s door handle was missing, sheer curtains were torn, ceiling and walls were damp and having water leakage marks. Out of our two rooms, In one room they gave water kettle but not in another room. Similarly, one telephone instrument was there in one room but not in another room. Wi-Fi was very slow. So many signal drop areas in hotel so one can not walk and talk. Although we requested for vegetarian options in breakfast but to our surprise, on Day 1, there was only bread butter and artificial juice for us that too (bread) was finished and never replenished. They promised for vegetarian option next day and made also but even after asking many times and confirmed by them the Fried rice had eggs in it. We were surprised and disappointed as none of them could understand the guest need/requirement and fulfil it. We saw one gentleman there, may be owner or manager of property, he was present there just as a spectator but never came forward to hear guest grievance and give a solution. This is a big property ( the facade is quite wide and gives a feeling that it is a big hotel) and owner seems to have invested good amount in product and they have refrigerator, Split AC, shoe rack, water kettle etc. in all rooms but the people and process who are responsible to run a smooth operations seems to be poorly monitored and lack of supervision & lack of training to staff was clearly evident. May be they are underpaid and not satisfied with their job. The hotel is not on main road and all market nearby get closed in evening so hotel looks like in an isolated area hence location is also not superb. We stayed in 3 diff. Cities and 3 diff. Hotels, all booked through Agoda but this was a disastrous choice and Agoda is equally responsible to highlight this hotel in all search and project it as a 3 star hotel while it is not even a 1 star property. They should not promote such run down properties else people will loose trust in their booking app which otherwise is my favourite online booking app. We were very disappointed....??
