Hotel Winselerhof is situated on the edge of the splendid Strijthagerbeek valley. The building, a distinctive country house built in the sixteenth century, now accommodates a marvellous hotel and restaurant. The building has retained its authenticity, but has at the same time been refurbished to create an extremely comfortable hotel, where the past and the present day meet each other in a very stylish manner.

Reviewed By Robert21647Lovely 4 day stay in charmingly refurbished country home. Clean quiet with excellent breakfast, room service and very professional friendly staff. We used Winselerhof as a base to explore the Limburg area and explored some of the footpaths around the house

A unique, peaceful location in the beautiful nature. With us you will certainly feel at home, regardless of the occasion for which you are visiting us. You will stay in comfortable rooms on estate Overste Hof. We have a range of single, double or triple rooms, and also luxurious suites with a Jacuzzi. After your overnight stay you can sit down for a lovely breakfast, which we provide on a daily basis. Our breakfast is made with fresh regional products. Enjoy the start of your day with a nice cup of coffee or tea and a nice view of the lake.

Reviewed By tomasdZ7682BXIdyllic location, but poor value and quality. Rooms full of mosquitoes and a lot of dead ones on the walls from previous guests. Poor facilities in the room, no shampoo, no coffee or tea maker, hair dryer does not get warm. Overpriced breakfast, no buffet. Staff is friendly, not recommended for the price...

Reviewed By N5692FYpeterjThe reception was polite, not specifically friendly. We had to pay to park at this hotel although the prices of the rooms were high. We had the cheapest room which was adequate but small entrance to toilet and shower. Several restaurants were closer, and you have to pay with card after every order. So for drinks and a meal,4 bills. Not very happy.

Camping de Watertoren ligt in Landgraaf (Parkstad), in het prachtige Zuid-Limburg. U vindt onze camping tussen de dorpjes Rimburg en Waubach, midden in de mooie natuur van het zuiden van Nederland. Te midden van de unieke nabijgelegen dorpjes en de bosrijke omgeving combineren we rust, natuur en cultuur. Bij ons op de camping staat u samen met gezinnen met jonge kinderen en andere natuurliefhebbers. We hebben ook een eigen Restaurant op de camping wat ook populair is.

Reviewed By DeneB17We have been coming here for the last 8 years. Not every year but some years it has been two visits. So considering we have a 700km journey we obviously like it here. We use the sites camping ground not the chalets. The pitches are ample for most outfits. Our van is 8m long and don’t have any problem. The site is situated in the middle of farm land and surrounded by woodland yet is 2 km from the nearest village that has any you may need. There are two pools on site,one of which is for smaller children. The bar restaurant has improved since our first visit and I must say the food is excellent and reasonably priced. The owners and staff are friendly and always helpful. The location is great for things to do. We tend to come for the weather and relaxation these days but have done cycling on the vast cycle routes over the years and the zoo and parks etc. The ski dome seems popular but have never been interested in that ourselves. The site is well worth a visit.

Reviewed By Experience263396Deze B&B is versie 2.0 De ontvangst is hartelijk, meteen maak je kennis met de Limburgse gastvrijheid. De bedden zijn heerlijk, de accomodatie super de lux. Je voelt je meteen thuis. Tom en Helian hebben een gezellige babbel en delen uitgaanstips, tot aan motorroutes toe. Het ontbijt was vorstelijk inclusief eigen gebakken brood! De omgeving biedt voor elk wat wils. Mooie keuken inclusief apparatuur is voorhanden. Heerlijk volop koffie op voorraad. Er waren niet veel cups over toen we vertrokken. Samen veel gelachen en het voelde alsof we bij familie aan het logeren waren.
