Just passing through town and stopped here. Typical diner food.
My omelette was cooked thin like a pancake rather than light and fluffy so was somewhat dry. My husbands fried liver and gizzards were a bit greasy and overcooked.
Overall it was OK but would not return if back in the area.

This is Sat. March 3, 2018. It as been a little over two years since we last visited the Bok Tower gardens and had lunch in the café here. We were with two friends and again decided to have lunch out on the outdoor patio of the Blue Palmetto. They have a great salad and sandwich menu selection and out grilled cheese choices were great and served with lots of cheese on sourdough bread. Our friends also enjoyed some wraps and a pilled high hot dog loaded with chili. Great lunch along with great weather and millions of blooming trees and bushes. WOW!

We opened Friday January 14, 2011. We are a Italian Restaurant serving fine Italian food, our staff is trained to serve ladies and gentleman at L'incontro. Guest love our food and our attentive service and the one thing they always say as they are leaving is "can't wait to come back".
I have driven “by” over 100 times. Live in Vero Beach. Always looked, good never stopped?
Today I did. Cute little, cozy, Italian place. Brenda (red) 4 years here is an excellent asset. Friendly, good service.
I had the Pasta Fagioli Soup and the Linguini Vongole, it’s the BEST! (White Clam Sauce)
I’m taking Baked Ziti home for Molly.

We got to the Crazy Fish late in the evening after a long flight, and it was well worth the trip. The owner, Miss Jean, seated us at the bar and our waitress/bartender, Lee took care of us. The food was outstanding, the service was even better, and everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. The place was packed, even though it was just prior to closing. My wife had gumbo, I had clam chowder and both were excellent. We shared the Ultimate Seafood Salad, which was also excellent, and topped off with Key Lime pie. While we were eating our meal Miss Jean brought us a small piece of Hogg fish which was their catch of the day. We'ed never had this and it was outstanding. In fact everything was so good, we came back for lunch the next day and had the Hogg fish. Again the place was packed.
Amazing place with wonderful food and service. Lee waited on us both times and did a wonderful job. The kitchen and wait staff were all going 100 miles an hour and they put out an unbelievable amount of food in a very short time, and it is all wonderful.
We will definitely go back the next time we are in Florida.

We have gone to the Egg House for breakfast for years and it is the best breakfast in town. Decided to stop in for lunch before shopping to see if the lunch menu was comparable to breakfast in diversity and quality. We were not disappointed with our choice. As usual we were promptly seated and drink orders taken. Decided on the Reuben sandwich as did my wife and friend. Other friend ordered the hot roast beef sandwich. Food was delivered in about 10 minutes. The reubens were great and hot with plenty of fries. The same can be said for the hot roast beef. Going back for the Philly cheese steak. The price for the sandwiches was $9.95 and we were full. They compare with delis that charge more. This is a locals hangout with a loyal following. Still one of my favorite restaurants. Service is great.

This time of year is especially busy for this restaurant. Parties of 8 or more people are common nearly every day. Yet,the staff and owners are well versed in providing friendly service and great food. The 'early bird' specials make this a very affordable quality dining.

multiple locations, decent menu, food quality is no better than average, seems to be a hit with the many seniors in the area (and I am a senior from away), nothing exceptional, I am really confused as to the popularity, unless there is just not good dining in the areas.

After hearing great things we came here on a mid afternoon weekday.. Located in a fishing camp this place has a great ambience. It was crowded but with little vibe. Servers did their best but it was crowded so service was painfully slow. The fries were tasty, cole slaw and fried seafood weren’t bad just not good. After hearing such good reports maybe we expected too much. If there weren’t so many other good places in the area we would give this another chance, but ... not going to happen. I have never written a review like this but after all the hype for Cherry Pocket I had to add our experience.

A friendly folksy place where practically every male head sports a baseball cap and waitresses cut-off shorts. the place is teeming with blue collar workers, truckers, men in hunting gears and seniors. It's big, friendly and welcoming.
The food... The kitchen may want to review the basics. How not to overcook pasta, how to make bolognese and how not have hamburger dripping fluid on the diner's plate. Veal parmigiana does not mean a slice of plastic cheese plonked over a piece of fried meat.
And the cheese on a cheeseburger is supposed to melt not come straight out of the plastic.

Thank you to Wayne and his staff for an excellent dinner. Appetizers - garlic bites & Boogie Bob's horsey bites. Definitely a favorite here. Dinner was some beautiful salads and dinner: scallops grilled to perfection with a baked potato & green beans flavor with garlic. Hubby had filet mignon medium well (and it was cooked perfectly) along with grilled shrimp. Same sides. Honestly one of the better meals I've had in a long time. The atmosphere was perfect and I happen to like to eclectic. Reminded me of those special places you come across back the day in Key West or the islands in Ohio (Put-In-Bay & Kelleys Island). There is a back room for larger parties to enjoy a meal and seating outside. Gardening is one of my hobbies and being among live plants, hanging baskets and the outdoors just reminds me of being on the water enjoying a good meal with friends & family where the only strangers are people who are too busy eating quickly and getting on with their day. Dress casual and make sure u are there between 4:30p-8p. It fills up quickly.
