Great location in Old Town, next to number 1 attraction in Haapsalu, Episcopal Castle. Stylish from outside and interesting, colourful interior. Service was friendly and fast, but food wasn't just as good. Basically there was nothing wrong and because of their reasonable prices it's ok place for visit, but food wasn't that special. We took Wiener Schnitzel and Fish & Chips and they were exactly same, except meat/fish. This was first time when I had Tar-Tar Sauce and Coleslaw with Schnitzel. Fries were undercooked and instead of one big "steak" that Schitzel usually is, I got two small ones.

Spa Hotel Fra Mare is from 3-4km away from Haapsalu Old Town/Castle area and "in the middle of nowhere", so their Lobby Bar is basically for their Spa/Hotel guests only. Small counter and depending who was working, service went from rude to friendly. Sandwiches and cakes didn't look that delicious or fresh, so we decided to have drinks instead. They were out of sparkling wine(for my wife) and made wrongly my Aperol Spritz, so that was it. And they also close at midnight, so you can't get nothing after that in that hotel, because there are no minibars in room.

Ehte Cafe in the old town of Haapsalu attracts visitors with interesting music events and club activities. The alternative entertainment is complemented by snacks and drinks; outdoor terrace is opened during the summer season.
